    My aunt and my mom and I were planning to go see a musical in October. My aunt wanted to buy the tickets for all of us and I told her I usually use TodayTix for the best prices. She said she was more comfortable buying from the theater directly which I get, she’s not familiar with resellers. The top Google result was a sponsored link to GoTickets, a resell site, which she didn’t understand. She purchased three non-refundable tickets in the orchestra, it’s not a guaranteed ticket. The tickets were $380 a piece which I think is completely outrageous. On TodayTix confirmed seats in similar rows are going for $160-200 and on the official Telecharge site with the theater they are $260. I tried to get a refund for her, I feel really bad and can’t believe this website exists, but GoTickets won’t budge. I get that she did agree to whatever terms they have, but I’ve never heard of a site refusing a refund just moments after a purchase is made.

    If I could give these people a zero rating, I would. Their website disguises itself as the venue itself. Then they charged 5 times the price of a ticket. Then there is literally NO way to talk to a representative or file a complaint.

    I’d give zero stars if I could.

    GoTickets misrepresents themselves as an official ticket seller. There is no indication that they are a secondary reseller. Their website specifically crafted to resemble TicketMaster, copying their color scheme, elements like the countdown timer, the seat selection graphic, etc.

    You don’t realize you are on a secondary reseller site with rip-off pricing until it’s too late. I suspect that they are skimming available tickets on TicketMaster and doubling (and then some) the listed prices and acting as some sort of broker.

    And customer service - their AI chatbots just delay, delay, delay, say “we can’t find that order” until *after* the event, then they send emails and can miraculously now find the order - how convenient.

    They are a scam site, intentionally trying to mimick Ticketmaster and duping you into paying rip-off prices.

    The people behind "GoTickets" are scammers who take advantage of people who are senior citizens and are not tech-savvy.  I went online to the Plaza Theatre website to purchase tickets for a comedian's show.  Upon clicking on the website to purchase tickets, I was immediately misdirected to the website for "Go Tickets".  Thinking I was purchasing tickets directly from The Plaza Theatre, I proceeded to purchase 3 tickets for a total of $584.55.  I went back to the Plaza Theatre and realized that the same tickets for the same date/time/seats were only $65.00. I immediately tried contacting "GoTickets" for a refund. I was only able to contact them through email, and I kept receiving the same message stating " NO REFUNDS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL".  DO NOT PURCHASE ANY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE! THEIR PRICES ARE RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE.

    Don’t make the mistake I did, by buying concert tickets through GoTickets! They end up charging more than double face value. I don’t often make purchases online and I regret using this website 100%.

    I purchased two tickets on 7/14/2025 for $409.96 for a Guthrie Theater show on 8/16/2025. When I presented the printed tickets this evening, they were not honored by the theater and I had to purchase completely new tickets. The tickets were 100 percent not useable and all GoTickets will tell me is all sales are final. If this is not a scam, I am not sure what is. Zero Stars.

    I made a mistake and bought tickets through this third party seller. Horrible system. No way to contact them except through a chatbot. Tickets were double the cost. Someone else’s name on the ticket. Big scammers. Really frustrating.

    An absolute horrible, deceptive, frustrating, annoying experience with this company. Purchased tickets for a concert and the afternoon on the day of the concert I hadn’t received the tickets yet despite several emails assuring me that I would have them before the concert.. started a chat with them and was told that the seats I purchased weren’t available.. just went downhill from there. I got no tickets, saw no concert!!!! Am awaiting a refund.

    I purchased tickets for Mumford & Sons through GoTickets.com and was explicitly told I would be receiving seats. However, when the tickets arrived, they were general admission (GA) floor, which ended up being regular general admission. I paid $240 per ticket, which is three times the price of the regular $80 GA tickets, and even less than the vip ti lets that were available the day of the show. The site guaranteed that the seats would be as good as or better than represented, but this was absolutely not the case.
    What’s worse is the complete lack of customer service. I’ve tried repeatedly to reach someone, but all I get are automated, robotic responses with no actual help or resolution.
    I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed with this experience. I do not recommend using GoTickets.com if you expect clear communication, fair pricing, or any real support.
