  I usually don’t give reviews! But!!! I had a brand new Bandit chipper rent to own from Rick, unfortunately it got stolen with only 7 payments left till I was the happy owner of this machine! The insurance covered it but only left me with a $25k credit for a new one which Rick faithfully delivered with a 2012 track chipper! Now I was up running again! Besides the track chipper was leaking from 5 different fittings/hoses from the first run 1200 hours when I received it! I did tell Rick and he told me it was purchased as is and I can go fix it! Well I left it in my shop and figured I would fix it soon!!! Unfortunately the economy changed, our jobs slowed down and yes I fell behind on the $8000 monthly chipper payments! And ended up giving Rick his chippers back after a year of payments! The track chipper was $5000/month and the new bandit $3000/month keep in mind I NEVER used the track chipper I basically paid Rick $60k for a chipper that never worked and was never used for a year! I agree it’s ALL MY FAULT CANT BLANE RICK!! But here’s where I have a problem, Rick promised me a $5000 credit if I corporate with the driver to get the chippers back up to him! He basically acknowledged that I paid him $96,000 in a year and as a bandaid he would refund me $5000! When I now ask him if he will honor his word he’s basically saying I did it to my self and it’s not his problem! I always thought highly of Rick but it turned out, he’s saying whatever it takes to get equipment moved and tell what customers wants to hear! BAD BAD BUSINESS I will never recommend anyone to do deals with this company

  I purchased a 2006 Carlton SP7015 with remote stump grinder. Went and picked it up looked over as best as we could without taking it apart in the lot. Got home and used it 3 hours and then it started making major vibration and noise. Took it back to shop and took apart the clutch bearing housing and it had never been greased. We specifically asked if they had gone over the machine and serviced. They said yes and painted it. Put new decals etc. We had to put $2000 in parts. We were down for two weeks. We thought well, we will give them the benefit of the doubt. We bought a 2018 Morbark MR15 chipper from them for $65,000 and used it for maybe 16 hours and it started making noises in the cutter wheel section. So we took it apart and the cutter wheel bearings were bad. We are still down going on two weeks as those were replaced and there is additional things wrong with the machine. I called and talked with Rick's people. I asked to speak to him and he didn't call me back a person in the office did. They told me that they would send me a check for $500. Wow, that is going to not even cover part of the cost, not to mention the lost revenue. I did receive the check, but again we are without a machine. I was told that the machine was in working order and ready to go. In my opinion they buy from auction and they slap some paint on it if you pay extra. They do not go over the machines. If they do then his crew must be incompetent. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a quality piece of equipment should go elsewhere. I would give no stars, but that is not an option.

  Also when we received the chipper, it did not have but a small amount of antifreeze in the radiator. How can you say that you serviced or went over the machine?

  Purchased a bandit 2900t for $58,450 delivered to Fl machine was supposed to be in working condition. Upon delivery the machine would not operate properly called rick and his shop manager overnighted a tether controller as the wireless remote did not work. The tether controller did not work either. Again this was supposed to be a operational machine. Rick advised me to bring it to a local bobcat & bandit dealer in Jax Fl 2 months later they say they figured out the issue. Pick machine up from bobcat grind one stump hydraulic oil leaking from every where. The next morning I bring the machine to the power wash because not only was there oil everywhere and needed to clean the machine so I could attempt to locate the hydraulic leaks ( the machine was covered in drift an grime when delivered not washed before the sale ) on the way home from the pressure wash the machine caught on fire in my enclosed trailer...... I would advise any one looking to buy equipment from this company to inspect the equipment before purchasing. In my case the machine was advertised as a operational machine and it was not hard to believe it was even looked at or serviced before delivery. Thankfully I was able to buy a brand new machine to replace this nightmare of a purchase. I would not recommend buying anything from this company sight unseen advertised descriptions are not accurate
