              No stars..this funeral home is running off of their name not quality of business. They need to be closed permanently. The disregard and disrespect they give your deceased loved one and the families is criminal. They are disorganized across the board and has no procedural processes so when things go wrong and they will, the pointing game begins. No one takes accountability and then ****** Congo & ****** and ****** does the song & dance for you until they ghost you with no resolve. They take your money and do the minimum to assist the families. Their logo is Because we Care..but it doesn't show anywhere within the business, and they're getting away with robbing the families of joy, final goodbyes and money. Why do we continue to patronize this busy when they clearly no longer care? Please do not put yourselves thru this hardship during one of the most difficult times of your life..the passing of your loved ones.
