    I always get 3 estimates for any project but decided to get a fourth to help settle a difference of opinion between the first three. I am happy I did. I had already decided on a contractor before Mike Sama arrived. He impressed me from the moment we met. Mike is not a salesman (no pressure or gimmicks) but a genuine, honest and confident man that takes the time to listen to your concerns, explain how the job will proceed and gain your trust. It is obvious he cares and takes pride in the quality of his work. It did not take me long to choose Sama Services for my project instead of my initial choice and I did so before reading any reviews or checking with the BBB which is not my usual process. He struck me as a man with a good moral character. He also quoted a price on the spot which was lower than the other three to boot. I typically do not select the lowest bid. I think of it as a red flag which may come back to bite me. The saying, "you get what you pay for" comes to mind. Mike's character spoke to me more than anything else. In less than a week his team arrived precisely on time and four hours later the job was complete and the site was spotless. All this was done on a handshake, literally, with no money up front and not expected until I was satisfied with the workmanship. Without a doubt, I recommend Sama Services to anyone needing an HVAC professional.
