Have a fraudulent charge on my account from this address under the name Tiktok. Tiktok has no record of the transaction. No transaction number was even provided. I'm contacting the AG about this company and the criminal activity.Review from JAMES S

CSC® is the registered agent for many entities. By way of background, most business entities on record with the various secretaries of state must by statute maintain a registered agent—an individual or third party responsible for accepting legal documents (service of process) on behalf of the entity. We have no other connection to them, and as a general matter, we do not provide or disclose non-public customer related information. Each state provides a searchable online database of corporate business information including the name and address of each company’s registered agent. Avoid this company at all costs, if you are financing a vehicle ask if they are working with CSC. They don't know what they are doing, this company is a total joke. the finance company I'm working with just gave these people to work with my titles for a truck to get them registered and title transferred, what a mistake it has been 2 weeks, and looks like these people have no idea how to get the job done.Corporation Service Company Response

Hi my name is Brandon Ho. The UCC has filed a lean on my LLC Saigonkitchen Thai Vietnamese Chinese restaurant, I have reached out many times to try and rectify this but I haven’t gotten a single response. I application business loan with Fora financial, and they email me said some one has filed the lien, Fora financial email stating : UCC information on the corporation service company as a representative 4-18-2017. I need someone to reach out to me ASAP . I want to fix this issue ASAP but I need the information on who filed the lien. I need this fixed to get a loan in the future. CSC® provides Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) filing services on behalf of commercial lenders, and also serves as the representative of the secured party for certain lenders to prevent abuse of public records for sales and marketing purposes. When acting as a secured party representative, CSC’s role is to forward communications related to the financing statement to the secured party that filed the record(s). Only the represented secured party, who is normally the lender or loan servicer, has authority to amend or terminate the UCC record. To expedite communications, CSC provides both U.S. mail and email addresses on the UCC record. Don't take your vehicle to their Service Dept; the Service Mgr Mike lied to me; and tried to charge me over $7,000 worth of repairs; when I only brought-in my vehicle to get checked-out. The "Service advisor" told me that I would hear back from them by Noon; well it was past 4:PM before I had to call; and when I went back in (Had to find my own ride there; as they don't offer Shuttle Svc); I found one of the Service Techs SLEEPING in my Front Seat with it all the way down. In my honest opinion; these people are liars and con-artists. I recommend you steer clear from them.Corporation Service Company Response

This complaint does not appear to be with CSC®. CSC provides registered agent services to businesses. Most business entities on record with the various secretaries of state must by statute maintain a registered agent—an individual or third party responsible for accepting legal documents (service of process) on behalf of the entity. The filers at CSC Global are ridiculously incompetent. They share confidential information across companies, keep ignoring a request to file our corp in the correct category, and keep responding without factoring in our input. "A+"? What a shame.Review from Catherine V

This is a shell company used by a Real Estate Investment Company out of Texas: JEFF 1 EQUITY OWNER, LLC 5001 PLAZA ON THE LAKE AUSTIN, TX 78746 This company is buying out affordable housing set up as assisted living rentals and kicking the disabled residents ( who still have active leases through the end of 2022) without enough notice (less than 30 days) to apply for and obtain affordable housing. Most residents affected are not able to seek out, complete or attend appointments to get the needed assistance to find safe healthy housing that meet their services or needs to help with their disabilities..Review from ROCCO S

Scam alert! This company doesn't not check its filers for UCC applications. Someone requested a UCC using my husband information (identity theft) to obtain a disaster loan from the State of Ohio. No one in Columbus Ohio verified any of this information and this person took out a loan for over $44000! Don't trust this company as they do not do their homework!1!!
