Avoid this company at all costs, if you are financing a vehicle ask if they are working with CSC. They don't know what they are doing, this company is a total joke. the finance company I'm working with just gave these people to work with my titles for a truck to get them registered and title transferred, what a mistake it has been 2 weeks, and looks like these people have no idea how to get the job done.Corporation Service Company

Hi my name is Brandon Ho. The UCC has filed a lean on my LLC Saigonkitchen Thai Vietnamese Chinese restaurant, I have reached out many times to try and rectify this but I haven’t gotten a single response. I application business loan with Fora financial, and they email me said some one has filed the lien, Fora financial email stating : UCC information on the corporation service company as a representative 4-18-2017. I need someone to reach out to me ASAP . I want to fix this issue ASAP but I need the information on who filed the lien. I need this fixed to get a loan in the future. Don't take your vehicle to their Service Dept; the Service Mgr Mike lied to me; and tried to charge me over $7,000 worth of repairs; when I only brought-in my vehicle to get checked-out. The "Service advisor" told me that I would hear back from them by Noon; well it was past 4:PM before I had to call; and when I went back in (Had to find my own ride there; as they don't offer Shuttle Svc); I found one of the Service Techs SLEEPING in my Front Seat with it all the way down. In my honest opinion; these people are liars and con-artists. I recommend you steer clear from them.Corporation Service Company

5 starsThis is a shell company used by a Real Estate Investment Company out of Texas: JEFF 1 EQUITY OWNER, LLC 5001 PLAZA ON THE LAKE AUSTIN, TX 78746 This company is buying out affordable housing set up as assisted living rentals and kicking the disabled residents ( who still have active leases through the end of 2022) without enough notice (less than 30 days) to apply for and obtain affordable housing. Most residents affected are not able to seek out, complete or attend appointments to get the needed assistance to find safe healthy housing that meet their services or needs to help with their disabilities..Review fromROCCO S

1 starScam alert! This company doesn't not check its filers for UCC applications. Someone requested a UCC using my husband information (identity theft) to obtain a disaster loan from the State of Ohio. No one in Columbus Ohio verified any of this information and this person took out a loan for over $44000! Don't trust this company as they do not do their homework!1!!
