    My mother passed away she had a house that she did not want us 3 children to have so my sister and brother sold it I had nothing to do with any of it. But I was there for the signing of the sale of the house which was 200,000.00 it was supposed to get divided between the three of us Tracy ciamaricone Alfred f Zickgraf and then Patricia Ann Zickgraf but however after the signing my older who was in charge of everything says my mom said she wanted all her grandkids to get something. Ok fine I wasn’t going to fight over money honestly I told my mother when she was alive I didn’t want anything from her because I was never apart of that family. But no my mother said I was her child and I deserved whatever she wanted me to have . Well I received a 1099-S form for 66,666.66 and I will promise you that I never received a check that big in my name not ever. Someone forged my name they cashed my check and only gave my daughter 11,500.00 and wrote another check to ****** **** in the amount of 11,500.00 so that was a total of 22,000.00 and that’s it !!! I hope this helps i have been trying to get a hold of this lawyer like 5 X’s and they won’t help me at all !!!
