If I can give zero stars I would . This place will be hearing from my attorney. It's a pure trashy and racist dealership. Go see Joe is also trash. Once i bought a a brand new 24ranger . I realized it had paint on the hood due to me paying a detailer to protect the paint that was already messed up. showed it to the manager and he did absolutely nothing. Horrible service department, they will be hearing from my attorney, period.

This dealer is unethical and won't honor deals made. Spoke a sales rep for a vehicle listed, confirmed the price over the phone, confirmed they would honor the website price via text, discussed a purchase agreement and financing, and then they sent me a proposal that was $30,000 over what we discussed. I called and spoke to the sales manager, Kyle Smith, who told me they would not honor my deal. This dealer will not stand by their word and no customer should deal with this.

Sales team is great. Nate was a pleasure to work with. Knowledgeable, passionate people! Very friendly. Zero complaints! However, their finance department is one to be highly aware of. At time of purchase of a vehicle, I had also purchased PremiumCare and PremiumMaintenance (extended warranty and service plans). Except, for over a year, apparently one of these was never filed (and actually was filed with their third party warranty which I specifically stated I did NOT want. At least they canceled this themselves...). Either way, when such a screwup occurs, you would naturally fix this and notify the customer. Nope. They have held on to over $4,000 of mine for over a year. After a month of communication, I still do not have this resolved. The gentleman in the finance department that drew up purchase and service contracts also needed to reprint them five times due to him putting forward agreements different from what I clearly requested (cycle repeated of me stating I wanted manufacturer plans, and repeatedly gave me the third party warranty — thankfully I had a careful eye, and know dealers get paid extra on third party warranties…). Felt like a bait and switch, multiple times…but I walked in and out with a vehicle within a couple hours so I was content. I was very clear that I wanted to pay for the packages separately. However, via sneaky tactics, they added the packages to the finance amount instead. This is an issue the CFPB acted on against Toyota recently. https://www.consumerfinance.gov/about-us/newsroom/cfpb-orders-toyota-motor-credit-to-pay-60-million-for-illegal-lending-and-credit-reporting-misconduct/ I agreed in writing that my claims would be fully resolved upon refund, this has yet to happen. (scammy waiving rights was requested) I do expect to be receive these funds back at some point, and will amend this review accordingly upon receipt, but this is very unfortunate regardless. Not to mention, I have paid additional interest due to these tactics.

I have brought 2023 Ford Escape 2023 vehicle on 27th July. On 1 st July, I have done my service the I went to Buffalo. On 3rd July, My car engine blink yellow and start shaking. I submitted my car Ford Dealer. My car milage was 5900 and less than one year. After 1 months 5 days later, received this car. After received(5th August 2024), I have drove only 93miles(11th August 2024) and again started engine problem. First I have gone to different Ford Dealer. They denied my service(I have documented). They suggested to send actual seller that is Sheridan Ford Sales. I have send. I was requesting FORD for buy back policy. As per rule, if vehicle is less than 12 months or 12k miles or standing vehicle more than 30 days and they are not able to fix, then Buy back eligible. Today FORD saying because of state (Delaware), I am not eligible for Buy back. Is that mean I have to carry this piece of garbage and take my life risk and drive. I have capture all video and can how horrible it is vibrating. It is complete cheating to customer. FORD ask me to check with BBB.
