I have utilized fortune in the past. I won from them and was promised a redemption from their team. I processed the redemption on October 10th 2024. After 2 months I still haven't been paid and their customer service team is will not help or respond. I finally put a dispute in with my bank as they would not provide me any information promised to make this right with my bank. My bank contacted them and they fought my dispute. I even attached all the documentation. Even till today they are not helpful. They stole my money and now I have to endure a lot of hardship fighting these charges.Business Response

I have used social casinos now for a minute, I have used this website for a short while a couple years ago and then I recently started using it again. My issue is they took took and took money from my account, which I consented to, when it came time for them to send my winnings, suddenly they could not verify my account. I have been waiting for over 3 weeks on a verification. They have been inactive on performing even the simplest of tasks. I did everything they asked for and to this day I’m still unverified. I know it’s a common tactic to slow roll redemptions and verifications hoping people put the money back in but considering they’ve not done anything in three weeks is suspicious. I wish to get all my money back from this website. They are not upholding their terms by refusal to verify my account even though I do not have a duplicate account, I own my deposit methods, I live in an approved area etc. their refusal to verify me grants me recourse.Business Response

06/30/2024 - 07/03/2024 The terms and conditions do not state any requirement to submit a ticket to achieve this hold. In fact the terms and conditions state "3.8 Closing your Account is possible by contacting [email protected] and requesting your account be closed.". Regarding self exclusion, "3.9 We take responsible social gaming seriously. For more information on an Account time-out or Self-exclusion, please see our Responsible Social Gaming Policy." Does not have any mention that an email is not sufficient Social gaming LLC is an anomaly in the Social Casino space where other major players make it as easy as possible to terminate or put an account on hold to support "responsible gaming". They also claim 24/7 customer support, where several of my emails did not receive a response. Many of the responses seemed to be ai generated or just stock answers. The complaint This started on June 30, 2024 and continued until June 6, 2024. I sent an email asking for limitations on my account. At minimum of a 4 day exclusion. By the time I noticed a response a fair amount of damage had occurred. The response including a link to submit a ticket. Which I did and I further complained and requested to stop my account. It wasn't to their liking, so they kept my account active. Further damage occurred and I reached out for a full refund due to their stated mission to support responsible gamming and the conflicts in their terms and conditions. I also asked for a refund or I would begin to dispute the charges. Not one of the responses I saw addressed this, so I begin to dispute some of the charges subsequent to the initial email I sent requesting a break. I pretty much get the same response refusing my request despite their terms and conditions. Today, July 6, 2024, I have since further escalated my request of deletion of all my personal data as required by California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). I have requested multiple times for FC to refund all deposits made with them. I have calculated the RTP and unfortunately do not agree with how they conduct their ads - secondary issue. I have requested for funds returned on trust pilot , bbb, email. This issue started a few weeks ago when I registered for a sweepstakes casino website online and tried to verify my info inorder to make purchases and receive any winnings to my bank account. I have two bank accounts ( older bank called RBFCU and current new bank is called Think Bank federal credit union. I had provided my current bank statement as requested to activate my account for the casino website but put the wrong account number and routing number for my old account, when was supposed to put current bank. I responded to emails with the correct info like over 10 emails back and forth kept getting a generic default reply to send current correct bank statement/info which I kept doing. I advised them they have 3 business days to resolve this but they still only reply to upload correct bank statement again yet when I go to the website it just says pending verification and doesn't let me upload anything. A friend of mine warned me they like to delay people's registration on purpose in hopes one will spend there winnings back into the slot games, as well I can see others online complaine that this is a problem for them as well.Business Response

I found this site a few months ago and decided t sign up and give it a shot! They seem to have a lot of fun game sand looked like they were adding new stuff all the time. I signed up and sent in my Drivers ID and a copy of a IRS letter to show proof of address. I have never had any issues with verifying any account anywhere. I have no been waiting for over 4 weeks. My problem with social gaming LLC is that the platform Fortune Coins is a complete scam! I spent thousands of dollars in the month of January 2024 and could not for the life of me win on any of their games! They even gave me the equivalent of around $1,000 to play with and even then I could not win! The RTP% of the games is way lower then they claim! This is by far the most unfair gaming site I've ever played at. The only reason support gave me so much to play with is because they knew I wasn't going to win! I want a full refund! They took full advantage of me and not once tried to limit my deposits! It states in their terms that they promote responsible game play but do nothing to help prevent players from losing all their money! Not once did they intervene or question me about how much money I was spending but kept encouraging me to keep playing and stating that wins come when you least expect them to. This place is a joke. For example, on their website it shows that a coin package was $19.99, $99.99, $4.99 ect. When I received my bank statement it shows that I was charged $20.00, $100.00, $5.00 ect. They are stealing a penny for every transaction people make. It may not seem like a lot but it's still consumer fraud! They show one price and charge a different price. This I believe Is highly illegal and Im seeking a full refund for breach of contract which is a lot less then I'd get if I were to sue them for damages and anything else. They've block me from my account for no reason. I've attempted to contact them many times and have not gotten a single response. Fortune coins is not only dishonest about their prices but their games are completely rigged and unfair as well. I realized this after the few thousand dollars I spent and never won a single thing. Instead of a refund they offered me more credits to keep playing which I used and still lost. Never once was I able to redeem a cash prize. They lied about the RTP%. They lied about their prices. Wherein ID 2680433 was invited on December 11, 2023 via email to take part in a "Double Mystery Bonus" promotion in which the invitation outlines that the mystery bonus the following day would be doubled based on play for December 11, 2023. The main statement in the email was "the more you play today, the bigger your mystery bonus will become tomorrow." In addition, there are no special or specific exclusions in regard to this promotion in the email invite. (attachment) 2. Wherein ID 2680433 had extensive play on Fortunecoins.com during the period of December 11, 2023 with large volumes of playthrough of FC coins which were at the very least substantiated with a score of 2,186,000 in the daily tournament which ended at 21:00:00. Pulling play records from the website is very cumbersome at best to add up the totals, but this can be done internally. 3. Wherein ID 2680433 notified support (******) and VIP account manager (***) the morning of December 12, 2023 when it was discovered that the credit for play during the "Double Mystery Bonus" promotion was not credited to the account nor was an email received stating the aforementioned fact such as every other morning when play occurred and a mystery bonus was issued. 4. Wherein ID 2680433 received multiple responses from support regarding the aforementioned issue both from ****** and later *** (attached): a. Giving acknowledgement of the issue c. Acknowledging that a mistake was made and admitting fault. d. Providing additional responses due to ID 2680433's continued dissatisfaction e. Further acknowledging the mistake and admitting fault in that the extended play sessions should qualify for the advertised promotions. f. Admitting fault in that they weren't sure of what prevented the bonus from being applied to my account. g. Acknowledging the frustration of myself as a player with "significant" game play h. See below for my response back as well as reasoning as well as an additional attachment. Thank you for the response. I certainly don't agree with it though as my specific invite email with all of my documentation shows that I was indeed invited to the bonus and in no way does the invite/email state what you say above in that the bonus is random and/or includes a random selection of qualifying players. If so, these exact terms or something like it would be included in the offer. I will include below again an exact screenshot of the email and in addition, I have checked the T&C's and your statement also does not show anywhere for these bonuses. The screenshot below says very specifically "Tomorrow, your Mystery Bonus value WILL BE doubled" "The more you play today, the bigger your mystery bonus will become tomorrow" Do you not see and acknowledge the problem here? So you can postulate in any way you would like, but the facts are the facts. This is the reason for the well documented complaint, opening of the Better Business Bureau complaint with BBB of Delaware (#21064835), as well as a formal complaint to the US FTC in regards to FCTA and FCBA violations.With that being said, I do not accept your offer, do not wish my account to be reopened, and will ONLY ACCEPT the 5 specific resolutions outlined in my formal complaint dated Dec 13, 2023. I would expect those resolutions to be granted within 5 business days from today now that I have received an official response from yourself as the designated spokesperson, otherwise I will continue to escalate further, secure legal representation to take over my case, and receive my protections as a consumer. In June of 2023 I was having issues logging into my player account, I reached out to support who attempted to help me but we couldn’t get the “Forgot Password” email. So I gave them an alternate email address and had been using that email address to log in and play ever since without issue. A few days ago I won a little over 8,000 FC which translates to $800 usd, when I attempted to redeem this money I was told that the other account still existed and they disabled the account that worked. In June when I asked for the email address to be changed and logged in my winnings were gone (which amounted to around $2,000 usd) but I gave up on trying to get them to credit my account. Now they are insisting I use the “old” account even after I shared emails showing the request I made. They asked for yet another email address to “fix” my old account. I fear that I am being set up again and if I win anything I’ll be told I have multiple accounts again. I have sent them all of the documents they have requested multiple times, I’ve been ready and willing to work with them but this has gone too far. This company has a web based online casino. It is new. I noticed one day it is not BBB Accredited so I thought odd, I have been playing for months, and literally won nothing. I thought let’s just ask. Maybe I’m mooing the promos wrong or something. On November 23, I asked them is it me or? I asked them why the BBB non accredited and who monitors their site as far as fairness and ethics go. What company? No answers. But they sent me a hundred dollars in coins the next day, a non casino mind you. Mind you. I have never won a dime. They sent me a bribe. I said let’s test this because I’ll bet all the sudden it will win. Sure enough the spins were adding. I also complained even $5 would disappear fast. Not this time. I played it to the couple hundred them I ran it out to see how fast. They never told me the name of the company that monitors the site, nothing. They bribed me. The next day they told me that they did all they would do but left me no answers that I had asked. What are they hiding and why is it they are allowed to bribe people when their checks and balances aren’t in place and they care not about the customer. The biggest thing. I finally won when I complained about something that shook the boat. Meaning the flip of a switch, by the employees, dictates who wins and how much. It’s not at random. They need to be investigated. Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint and have determined that this does not resolve my issue. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I expressed my concern after spending thousands of dollars if I was simply just a person of bad luck or should I ask if this site, like others was verified by online professionals who insure the fairness of casino games and insured that they were being honest with its players When I asked why they weren’t accredited with the BBB and who was the company that verified that honesty of their slots they offered me zero explanation instead a brobe to keep my mouth shut and continue playing like nothing ever happened. I had never won more than oh, 20ish dollars ever. With this hush money, the first time ever I won about $1000 I needed to keep investigating and soon it was gone They had to know that I was not allowing myself to let bribery or money make me not search for honesty and integrity in their games So many sites have it Unfortunately they do not I’m asking for the total of $3500 which is a fraction of the deposits I made with them to cover a portion of the dishonesty and lack of transparency online Their BBB score says a lot about who they are The answer to the complaint speaks volumes to how they try to ignore any issues as to how shady this website is Thank you for your time and I look forward to your Regards, Complaint ID: 20911392Business Response
