    I submitted my order March 4, 2023. They processed it March 5 and I received the order March 14th. The order number is 2500124351 and I paid 79.97 USD for two supplements (Havasu Nutrition Ginkgo Biloba Non-GMO 120mg, Supports Brain Health, Mental Alertness, Memory & Focus - 60 Capsules). They sent me 2 completely incorrect supplements instead, not at all what I ordered, some prostate support supplement for men.
    I contacted them via email but when I didn't get a response I contacted them via the whatsapp provided and sent them a pic of the receipt in the box and a pic of the two items I received that do not match the receipt/what I ordered. i also sent them the invoice for duties I had to pay to receive the incorrect items. they told me that they would not refund me until they could arrange to pick up the items AND that the duties I paid would be issued via store credit only.
