    I bought a bracelet from sunset Boutique. They have been charging me $13.95 per month for 9 months. I never agreed to a membership. I read about their ocean clean up program and thought my purchase went towards that. I would never have signed up for an automatic payment to anyone. Today I received an email from PayPal confirming a payment. This is how it was brought to my attention. Upon researching this I discovered they have been taking this charge for almost a year. I tried to call, only a recording. I did manage to send an email demanding they stop this "membership" charge immediately.
