    I received a email to call JetBlue about a flight time change. JetBlue offered me to call and change flight to a different time or another airport if applicable free of charge. I called JetBlue, this reservation company somehow intervened the call and lead me to believe I was speaking directly to a Jetblue customer service rep. They changed the flight but, for a price of $300. Their reasoning was because I paid with points I now would have to pay $300 for changes., this company is duping people into thinking they are speaking with the vendor directly. If possible please advise people about this reservation company

    Dear Team,

    Please be informed that passenger (****** ******** had a request for changes in the existing reservation, while making the change along with assign the seats, the cost implication of $301.96 applicable, and the passenger agreed.

    It was clearly mentioned on call about the changes, and regarding foregoing communications, an authorization email was sent to the
    Customer email address (*****************), and customer agreed and on email revert back to us as " I Confirm" .

    Now, the cardholder dispute for amount and mentioned the bad review on Trust pilot, Our escalation team had a conversation with her and explained about the services we provided, Hence customer not agreed, However considering her condition and for good will gesture we have processed the refund and same acknowledge to the customer .

    Related to this case all relevant documents are attached.

    On 2/24/2023 after 5 days in the hospital with. 2 fractures on my pelvis I called Jet Blue to cancel my reservation to Barbados on the doctor orders , the call was directed to reservation centre the agent Mike Brown keep telling me that there was a $500 fee and I kept telling him it was a fully refundable ticket he insisted it was refundable with the $500 cancellation fee. He never once said he was not Jet Blue but a private organization. Having been in the hospital my brain was still foggy and I agreed to pay the fee only to find out after talking the JetBlue that somehow I got connected to these folks and I feel they scammed me out of my money by falsifying who they were. I am not sure if you can get money back but I do want folks to know about this company. Thank you for any help you can provide. I fully agreed to pay this fee on the assumption this was Jet Blue and fully intended to dispute it once the tickets were cancelled.

    This message is in regard to your complaint (19506111) submitted on 2/27/2023 against Reservation Centre. Just after I received your e-mail we received a call from Reservation Center and we we were able to agree upon a settlement that we both agreed upon please cancel this complaint thank you
