    I would like to warn anyone who is thinking of using this company. After 6 weeks of trying to contact the owner to see if my mother's print was finished for her 80th birthday, and getting no response, my sister finally was able to speak with the owner via the phone last week who said it would be done in the next week. After multiple attempts to contact the owner today (the line was always busy) I drove to the business to see the status of my mother's print. The owner took me to the framing barn, found the order slip with the sample frame piece but could not find my mother's print. After walking around a bit, he said "I don't know what to tell you." I assisted with the search, including the second floor of the barn to no avail. I had to leave without the print. This is unacceptable for a business to be run in this fashion and for the owner to have no remorse.
