      Horrible company. They claim they have a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase clearly stated in their warranty policies on their website for side seam leaks on the Blackfin models. After 2 conversations with 2 people I told the second person that maybe they should read the policy that is currently on their website. Once the employee was finished reading the warranty policy they had nothing to say other than I sent your information to my supervisor (who never contacted me). Several emails and phone calls the company will not stand behind their own policies.

      My iRocker electric SUP pump didn't work. When I contacted the company to advise them, I had to email 4 times before they finally responded. They eventually offered to give me a store credit. When I asked them how I could activate or take advantage of this credit, they never responded (after multiple emails). I've paid good money for an SUP electric pump and not only does it not work, I haven't received replacement under warranty. Very disappointing.

      I agree with **** and his post exactly, because I experienced the exact same thing. IROCKER dropped the ball on the recall. Irocker failed at providing matching replacement equipment to customers like me who paid a pretty ***** for it in the first place. The customer service is worthless and they could care less about their reputation or retaining my business. I will be doing my best to keep customers from making the mistake I did in buying their products please if anyone is reading this stay away from this company and give your money and business to a reputable company that actually cares about their customers. Consider this post as your warning.

      ?Irocker ran a recall on several blackfin board types that started in August 2022. You can read the rest of the reviews on how long the process took and how dissatisfying that was. I could wait 6 months if it meant that i actually got a replacement for my board.That being said, the board they sent is not a true replacement. They did not off the same color as what you bought originally and did not offer matching accessories such as paddles and bags. For those of us who paid extra for a specific color, their response has been an overwhelming "sucks to be you". The official wording from their customer support is "We cannot send boards that we do not physically have and we do not offer refunds." Given that they spent 6 months manufacturing the boards, seems like they could have matched colors or offered matching accessories. Finally the replacement boards that I received had multiple manufacturing defects. An inch by an inch and a half abrasion near the fin box and bubbles in the patches holding the **rings and the fin box. IRocker's response was that I could ship this back for an exchange and they would try to expedite sending me a replacement once they received it. That's exactly what I want, to pay to ship an exchange because of lack of quality control. Unfortunately I can't recommend buying from Irocker any more, They have shown zero customer obsession during this recall.

      iROCKER BLACKFIN ************ Recall. My Board was a part of the iROCKER BLACKFIN ************ Recall. I received the replacement board and it was not my preference color. I spent $1,212.70 USD for a board and matching accessories. Now my paddle board doesn't match any of my gear. I reached out to iRocker immediately and requested to have the correct color sent and this one sent back. The response I got was "We are no longer producing the original colorways and we, unfortunately, are unable to facilitate any exchanges or color swaps as we are working to get everyone their first color selection. We are not processing any refunds under the recall." This is not acceptable for the money I spent.

      Garbage. How do you charge anyone 1200 for a board then recall it and make them wait 6 months for a new one. Disappointed. Will be the last purchase from this company. Hope they go out of business

      I have been a loyal customer to ********************** for years. This year they intentionally sent me the wrong center replacement fin and then asked that I pay the return shipping. They can pay to have it returned to them since it was their fault. I know they have my center fin replacement because they use it on the 2022 Nautical boards by them.

      Bait and switch company. They advertise free kayak seat and paddle blade. They did not come and then they wanted $150 for two kayaks to get the conversion kit

      I just want to echo what the below comments are saying about a recall and terrible management of that recall. They should have at least offered our money back or a replacement within a reasonable timeframe.

      IRocker SUCKS! I had a board in my cart for 50% off and went to check out and suddenly it was only 25%. I complained and they said that they have "very dynamic pricing" and wouldn't honor the 50% off. **** gave me a coupon for another $25 off. I ordered the board anyway and shipping said, "ground 7 to 10 days". I placed my order six weeks before Christmas and today I noticed that the shipping status still says "preparing to ship". I sent an email and learned that the board won't actually ship until January 2023!! WTF? There was ZERO indication on their website that the board was out of stock or backordered. Please note they didn't give a date in January, just "January 2023".
