I entered into a contract with Carvertise around August 2021. Initially payments were on time and there were no issues. I’m in the Dallas area and ran a campaign advertisement for ********* ********* Law Firm. In 2022 the advertisement did a creative changed which required a deinstall and a new install. Everything went well. In September 2022 I started to receive messages that their-“Carvertise” App wasn’t installed correctly and they couldn’t see the photos to confirm the car was still wrapped and that I’am driving the required amount of miles. My vehicle is still wrapped and I can clearly see the photos uploaded to the app. I’ve called countless times sent proof that my vehicle is still wrapped by email, in Carvertise App as well as texted the photos to the number (************) that a Carvertise representative provided to me on July 13,2023. I sent the most recent email on July 18,2023 to driver support at driversupport@ carvertise.com. I received an automated response stating the office was closed and they would get back to me, sadly this business still has a message on their email stating that due to COVID-19 their response may be slow. Today is July, 24, 2023 and I still have not received a response from the company. At the time of writing this review I have not been paid since March 20, 2023. Carvertise lacks integrity and does not follow through with their contractual agreement. I’m writing this review to be paid for the payments Carvertise has failed to make as well as for a paid removal of the wrap when my contract ends in September 2023. Based on my experience and the reviews of others who have entered into a campaign agreement with Carvertise, it appears that Carvertise tend to claim that the customer removed the wrap as an excuse to stop paying the customer and to avoid paying for the removal of the wrap at the end of the campaign. This is a complete breach of their contract.Business response

I agreed to contract with Carvertise under the following terms: 1) $300 + uber reimbursement to get my car wrapped 2)$100 per month for each campaign month 3) $200 per month in bonus opportunities. I could choose to participate or not to participate. 4) Removal of the wrap from my vehicle at no cost to me My contract duration was November 8th - May 8th I received the $300 + uber reimbursement for the car wrap. I also received $100 per month for the 6 months of the campaign. I only received 1 bonus opportunity during the 6 month period, and it was open to all drivers for the company with only 3 winners. When I asked Carvertise why, they said the bonus program was client specific. It was NOT pitched this way in my offer. On April 29th, Carvertise reached out about wrap removal. They offered $125 in payment to remove the wrap myself, or they would have a Carvertise shop remove it. I would not receive any sort of payment to drive to the shop this time, and my ubers would not be reimbursed. My ubers totaled around $100 to and from the shop with a trip time of 1 hour 10 minutes one way 40 minutes the other way. My total drive time was double this since I drove my vehicle there and back as well. I got 4 quotes to remove the wrap myself, and they ranged from $600-850. The $125 payment from Carvertise clearly would not cover this. I pushed back on having the Carvertise shop remove the wrap, because it would result in another $100 in ubers + 4 hours in traffic. Carvertise promised to remove the wrap "at no cost to me", and both options involve me spending $100-$725 plus potentially hours of my time. Carvertise went silent for week, then told me last week that they would resolve the issue by 5/19/22. 5/19/22 has come and gone, and I have check in twice with no response from Carvertise. The wrap has now been on my car an extra 14 days.Business response

I have a contract with Carvertise where they wrap my car for 1 year with an advertisement in exchange for a monthly payment. My contract ended on April 23rd. Therefore I contacted them March 30th to schedule an unwrap appointment. They told me someone would reach out closer to April 23rd with an appointment for me. I never got an appointment. Now after several times reaching out I still do not have an appointment to unwrap my car. I am now a business owner and having a wrapped car advertising another business is unprofessional and potentially causing me to lose clients.Business response
