      I have worked with GadgetGone twice and both times have gone very well. Its super easy to send in your products and get gift cards quickly! They take the broken or cracked devices that I cant do anything with and give me a gift card in return. I highly recommend using GadgetGone!

      I had 2 experiences. First i-phone I sent (unlocked, some scuffs on the back of the case only) matched the price they quoted and I got paid.Second i-phone I sent (unlocked, some scuffs on the side of the case by the buttons). They received it and said it was still locked and had scuffs on the glass. I asked for pictures of the glass and they sent those. I couldn't really see them in the pics, but they could have been there. I was most bugged by them saying it was still locked, because I had explicitly had the carrier unlock it before sending. Price was much lower for locked so I had them send it back, they offered a little more but I really skeptical of it being locked and wanted to figure that out in case my carrier thought I still owed money on it. They mailed it back and covered the shipping as advertised. Turns out the carrier had re-locked it due to an error on my account, which I was able to resolve. Also it did have some very small marks on the glass that I hadn't noticed. So I had a great experience, first when the phone matched what I said and got paid and when it didn't and I got the phone back successfully without any issues.

      The process of returning my phone and getting paid was seamless. I sent my phone back and had the money in my account within a week. The payment was almost double other companies.

      Totally recommend their offer for my Mac mini was 45 dollars more than what the ***** trade in program was offering me and after they received it and evaluated it they said it was even in better condition than expected so they added a couple dollars more to their initial offer, payment was issued the next day to my ****** account seamless and easy will definitely uses them next time I have to sell my tech.
