      6/12/2024 We hired them to detail our RV. The person showed up and was there for about an hour, before he told me he needed to go to ******* and would be back. He never came back. We gave them our card number and they charged the full cost at booking. Now they're not responding to our requests for a refund. It looks like we are far from the first time this has happened, and I can guarantee we aren't the last.

      I scheduled a mobile detailing service on my vehicle December 6, 2023, where I paid $366.82. A service technician did NOT show up to the job, so I rescheduled for May 16, 2024, and again a technician did NOT show up to the job. After that, I cancelled the service and emailed a request for a full refund on May 17th. Since that time, I have called every week asking where my refund is. I have heard the same statement multiple times that, "there have been delays with the processing department, and that I will have the full refund within 10 days." This has yet to happen. This company is a scam, and I would like my money back from them.

      I scheduled a mobile detailing job to be done on my truck at my apartment. **** asked if I had water or electrical hookups at my apartment. I told him no, he told me that was okay they would send a vehicle with the equipment they needed. I was asked to make a payment up front to have them come out. I made a payment of $326.40 using my **** debit card on June 10, 2024. The guy showed up to detail my truck and asked where my hookups were. I explained that I had already told them before I paid that I had no hookups. He said they sent the wrong vehicle they should have sent a van. I told him I wanted a refund . I have called this company multiple times about my refund. They said it would be in my account within 7-10 days. When it wasn't there I called again, they said they were so sorry but it would be refunded no later then June 24,2024. It is now 6-24-24 pm and still no refund. They are not calling me back.

      May 19th - a promise of interior and exterior cleaning of my car. Rescheduled day of.This happened 4 more times for total of 5 cancellations.Company promised add-ons and discounts, including detailing our other car, but never showed. Charged me upfront for services, but never came. Refund requested.

      Called and set up a detail. Paid $402.45 up front. Set up appointment and they didnt show up. The day they were supposed to show up they didnt and then charged me an extra $402.45. Called and was promised refund 3 times. Still waiting for it. Long hold times. Given specific days for refund, not delivered.

      Had an appt on 6/20 8-9 am arrival. Received a call appt had been double booked so ******** customer service rep was suppose to get me another appt and call me back. She did not call me. I have sent an email requesting a refund and left a message after hours. I have called several times to talk to customer service being on hold up to 30 minutes. This is a company that rips off its customers and charges the full amount before the actual appt.

      In May of 2024, I scheduled an RV to be detailed on May 15, 2024.. ************ required payment up front and was paid the full $999 plus tax for a total of $1044.00. They did not show up as scheduled. When I called regarding the no show, they claimed that it had accidentally been scheduled for another state and promised a refund. The refund was never credited to my account. After several calls and several excuses, I still have not received any type of refund.

      Service was scheduled and I paid the entire fee up front to have the outside of my RV cleaned by American Mobile Detailing company on 5/5/24. The appointment was a 2nd date out of 3 I gave as options. On the morning of the appt the time and locations was confirmed by the service for 8-9 am start time. By 9:30 am no one had showed up and I had not heard from anyone. I called the company and after being on hold for some time they told me that the person scheduled to come had an emergency and wouldnt be able to come at that time. I was then told that they could come later that day, which did not work for me. I was asked if the next day would work and that would not for me. I explained that for the next month I was gone and that this was a 2nd date of mine that worked for them. At that point I asked for a refund on the services. They confirmed My card and said one would be issued in 7-10 business day. By May 23rd I had no refund, so I called was told it had to be approved because of the amount and would be processed. On 6/4/24 I called again and was told that it was approved and processed and that I would have my money by 6/7- per ********. On 6/7 and 6/10 I called and was on hold for over an hour 4 different times as I had no refund. Called on 6/11- told someone would reach out, no one did. Called on 6/18 ******** told me it was processed and coming and that a manager who was in a meeting would call me. No one has called me. I have also emailed them and no response. I still dont have my refund and it has been over 6 weeks since no service was provided. I paid them on 4/25/24 for the services in full.

      I paid for a service to be done on 5/24/2024 though All American Mobile Detail. They were supposed to be here on 5/26. They called me that week on Wednesday and said the detailer had to be rescheduled for that Friday. He never came that day and then was told he was coming that Saturday still. Never came that day and was told he would be here that Sunday. Never came again and was told he would be here the following Friday. Never came that day either so I cancelled. Went through their refund person and have never seen a refund in over 10 days. I want my money back that ai work for and not them.

      I contacted this business to complete a mobile ceramic coat detailing job on my boat and the results were absolutely terrible. My complaint is that they refuse to even call me back or work with me to get this resolved. I have sent numerous emails and made countless phone calls to them with zero results. Not even a single phone call or email response has been received to date. Considering they touted their service as having a two year warranty for durability, I now see that this too was a lie and they have no intentions of honoring anything, not even their initial work! This occurred on 05/31 and I paid this miserable excuse for a business $2300 to complete the work. Not sure if the BBB can help, but this needs to be addressed. Initially, I was originally just trying to get them to come out and redo the work, but, since their true nature is now evident, I really just want a refund for the terrible work performed.
