    Occurred on Friday 22nd July 2022...scheduled appointment for car cleaning which started at 10am. I paid the business 75 dollars. The business committed to wash my car but instead broke my windshield. THE BUSINESS DID NOT MAKE ANY ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEMS. The business should cover the damages made on my new bmw with 21k miles. Instead I'm left with having to pay ***** for an OEM REPLACEMENT. Please help me!

    Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/08/12) */ An accident of a cracked windshield occurred during a detail on a customer's vehicle. Upon damage customers was called immediately to assess the damage. Together we both noticed a defect upon the wiper and had come to an agreement as it was an accident and would be taking care of under his car insurance. Upon that agreement a reduced price from $165 to $75 was agreed upon to compensate for the accident. Then it was agreed I would complete the detail. Then after the fact and during off business hours he then changed his mind to wanting full cash only compensation in excess of $800. I stated in multiple ways of how I could help remedy situation and making sure a full OEM replacement and quality service was done by a new installer as I personally would be there. Then advised to have done thru BMW as they stated they also use theirs party installers. Customer wanted no compensation but cash. After further harassment on my business account that then carried over to my personal cell phone I ceased communication. In my presence before anything was further worked on the car, we had come to an agreement of reduced price for the damage that he would have done by his insurance. Leaving the customer and the vehicle I felt 100% content and that our agreement was final and satisfied to have further attacks and threats to my business. THERE WAA NEVER ANY ATTEMPT TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AT ALL...the business offered nothing and ignored me. This business is COMPLETELY LYING. My vehicle is a brand new bmw m240i 2020. I still have the same windshield wipers and have NOT replaced them. They work perfectly. Even at high speeds. I was Never content with any solutions offered because business did not offer any. At all. In fact I even paid him because I believed that he would take care of this through the companies insurance as they caused the damage. This did not happen. He simply stoped responding when I explained if he did nothing he would have to see me in court. He lied again saying that I harassed him, when I have evidence of text messages on my phone showing the exact opposite. The business calling a fake, and other insults. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS BUSINESS HS SCREWED OVER ITS CUSTOMERS, I have witnesses and other customers who your wronged and are my friends. This business also screwed them over by providing a crap job and ruining my friends car paint even AND ALSO DID NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I can provide names and my friend is also willing to talk to anyone about this. In the end I paid this company to clean my car, my vehicle was damaged by them in the process and now they are trying to lie about how a brand new car had a faulty windshield wiper. I also want to note I will be taking this business to court as soon as possible.
