    MJS is not honoring their warranty repair policy. They are not even contacting us back regarding a repair that should have been covered by their warranty period. Our whole house humidifiers have never worked and they lied and told us they just didn't work very well in general. We've since learned this is false, but they won't come make it right.

    MJS is not honoring their warranty repair policy. They are not even contacting us back regarding a repair that should have been covered by their warranty period. Our whole house humidifiers have never worked and they lied and told us they just didn't work very well in general. We've since learned this is false, but they won't come make it right.

    We are an architectural firm and we design houses. We do not install whole house humidifiers. Please check your records that installed your humidifiers and let the BBB know so they can contact the correct party in question.
