I rented a Scooter for months and ended up buying the scooter. My wife worked to post many pictures for entry into the contest. On March 31st I called the company and the rep that answered said they loved our photos, and we should defiantly win. I followed up in May, and was told they would review the records. My wife called after there was no answer back from the company and they stated the "Check was in the Mail." A couple days later I received a call that stated There was No Q1 winner because they didn't have enough entries. I checked the contest details and there is nothing stating a certain number of people "need to enter" for a winner. I was able to reach out to others that posted picture's on there site, and there hasn't been a winner in 2022 at all.
I want the $250 I was told the "check was in the mail." As a business owner this is an awful company practice I am experiencing.
