    Terrible. Overrated. Full of fake reviews. Over 10k reviews on ****** with more coming in each day than the busiest restaurants in the area!

    Waiter served us with dirty dishes three trips to the table. First time with red lipstick on a white spoon (did you even look)? Second time a dirty soup bowl. Then something was in my side of spicy mayo. We tried the food and it was like eating a frozen chinese food meal from the grocery store. We weren't even on the hibachi side and a party of 2 was charged 18% tip, no notice.

    The waiter brought the bill after terrible service and all smiles and said "don't worry, the 18% tip is already included in the bill." That's the service you get here.

    Thank you for your feedback. At Kobe Steakhouse we value our customers' feedback and we constantly look for opportunities to improve our customers' overall dining experience. Kobe administers an automatic 18% service charge to all parties during this time. This SC is stated on our website, when making a reservation, at the Host stand when you check in and on our menus. The Servers should also be highlighting it when they present the checks so that all Guests are aware. It is however never a mandatory charge. If the service is ever not up to your standard or at any time you wish to remove the service charge, please feel free to ask our management team to remove it for you.
