    If I could score no stars, I would. We were lied to, left in an unsafe vehicle and then verbally beat up with the same snarky, sarcastic tone the owner uses in all responses to customers (via ******************** complaint or ****** review) who are experiencing similar issues which he takes NO responsibility for. It was an expensive ($4,000) ****** to be left with a warranty we wont use as we now understand the mentality of the shop and owner and wouldnt trust them near our vehicles ever again. The owner didnt even understand what had occurred when he replied to our BBB complaint and actually stated in one of several rude responses that we had put over ***** miles on a vehicle in 4 days. I stopped going back and forth because Id rather be happy than right and theres no point arguing with an angry, ignorant person who doesnt have any of his facts correct. Customer beware!! The upshot is we have found a wonderful shop in the city who fixed the issues left and created by All Transmission World and havent had a single issue with the vehicle since.
