    I called and spoke with ****** on Friday, April 18th, he was very helpful and helped me with my return and instructions. I sent an email on Monday, April 21st and received a return email back with an acknowledgement. Great customer service!

    Low quality trash. Not even 5 months and the jacket is missing buttons and starting to fray. Horrible Chinese quality junk.

    1 star because of the following. My interaction with customer service on a management level was extremely unprofessional and a bit sassy to say the least. It was an exhausting, 2 month process and while I love the quality of the product itself, Ill certainly be buying elsewhere in the future. And telling my family and friends about this experience that wont fit into a review so they can make up their own minds. But, Stay Legendary!Products? A+Company? Eh. Needs some supervision in HR Id say. This particular woman? Zero stars

    Terrible customer service. Tried to do a return and the order sat there for 20+ days. Employee ****** H and ***** L went ahead and process a refund without using the paperwork I sent in. Didn't receive fun refund and wasn't able to do an exchange.

    I ordered two shirts from this company December 24. I return them December 26 because they were too big legendary Whitetail receive their item back on January2 and told me to wait 10 business days for my refund. It has now been 20 business days and every time I contact them, they make up an excuse as to why they havent refunded me yet they keep giving me the runaround. They dont answer my emails and this is a horrible customer experience to deal with this ********************** I will never ever purchase something from here again

    Terrible return system and customer service. No online return/exchange system. Returns require a printed form with inclusion of written credit card information (completely unsecure) to pay for return shipping, even for exchanges. No confirmation from ** on whether they ever recieved my exchanges on two separate orders, 2-3 weeks after I shipped, and no way to track the online. Had to contact customer service on both exchanges for status update. Was told to wait and theyll let me know. Never got an update. Had to contact again two weeks later. Was told simply my exchange was completed but was never provided shipping information, never received the exchange. Another two weeks and no exchange, no update. I contacted customer service again saying it had been over a month waiting on an exchange and that I now simply want a refund. No response, no refund, no exchange, radio silence. Just lost money.

    I had a problem with a jacket where after the first time it was worn one of the snaps broke off. Ormeela was the assistant who replied to my email and was so helpful! I was very happy with the customer service and with the replacement jacket that was sent to me. Thank you so much! I will certainly order again in the future!
