            We entered into an agreement for complete site work package with Tim W****** Tractor on our commercial project. Everything went ok until the tail end of the project. We had discussed scheduling of the asphalt parking lot and final grade. Tim has been paid draws through the process. as a matter of fact he was paid up front before the work was performed. I had check in hand for the balance of the original contract. When I reached out to Tim to meet up and hand him his upfront payment I was told Gee sorry but I am going to Bow Out!! when asked for the reason I was told oh There is just no money left on that project. Basically left me hanging out to dry in this market when you can't even get anyone to return your phone call. He took the lions share of the easy money and left me hanging me on finishing the balance of the agreed upon contract. BEWARE TIM IS NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD!!! At the time we hired him his line was I will be there for you when you need me Buddy!!!!

            Mr. ****** has conveniently left out most of the facts of the 3 years that Mr. W****** has worked very hard ( not easy money)on the same project along with extra work that he didn't charge him for and has done everything Mr. ****** paid for. The last time Mr.****** wanted more work done he didn't want to pay Mr. W****** upfront which was the arrangement from the beginning because there was no contract so Mr. W****** decided not to work for Mr. ****** anymore.

            Mr. W****** response was not accurate. as stated above He was always paid up front and the day I called to ask him to, meet up to get the check. That is when Mr W****** told me he was not going to complete the work .reasons were no money left on the job, all my help quit you know? Mr w****** was good at coming up with extras and he was paid for everything he did. there are three sides to every story!!!
