    Mr **** ******* was ************ on the BBB site! He kept in contact as to arrival time. Was finished fixing my 5 year old electric dryer in about 30 minutes. He even had the part in his truck. When I first called him he was upfront of the price of service call. Warranted the part for a year. Would definitely call him again for any broken appliance.

    ****************! Thank you BBB for pointing me ******************. He was timely and efficient. He came out the day I contacted him to identify the problem with my washer. Less than a week later he had the new part needed (who knew there were oil fed springs under the wash tub?) and had it installed. Very pleasant to work with and respectful of time and property. Very highly recommended.... I hope I don't need to anytime soon, but will sure give him a yell whenever needed.
