-Date: 1/25/2024 -Amount: ****** -Business committed to guarantee the job and have a 1 year part replacement warranty.- There is evidence the part was never replaced and the problem persists. This shop is unreachable and many attempts to contact them have been made unsuccessfully. I need this part to be replaced and the money for the labor to be returned as another shop has to do this job all over again. I want to point out this shop cannot be reached ( I have tried phone , ********** they do not have an email address so you might have to send a letter.

    Business Response

    Date: 06/11/2024

We tried to reach out to our customer twice after this matter. We changed his ********** cooler and it does have a 1 Year Warranty, now the issue with his car is the sensors not the engine oil cooler and the engine oil cooler does not come with the sensors. We were willing to change his sensors and not charge him labor if he would have came in after he called and talked to us but he never came in and he did try and get in contact with us twice after the first time he called but we were busy at the moment and were not able to return his call. We are not going to give him a refund because we did in fact change the engine oil cooler which was the issue with the car when he brought it in. If a sensor messed up a few weeks or months later that is out of our hand because sensors are electronic and can give out at any moment.
