      On February 19, 2024 I paid in full for a back wall and a 5 foot carport extension for my existing carport at sheds for less at *****************************************. I paid the full amount ******* with my credit card ending in 8740. I visited the business on March 18 2024 to inquire when it was going to be in. They said it takes several weeks. I again visited on April 8. They called the supplier who claimed they never received a check from sheds for less for the materials. The gentleman at sheds for less sent a copy of the cancelled check to the supplier to prove that the order was made. I visited again on May 24th and on May 29th. On May 29th sheds for less said it would be delivered on Thursday June 6th. June 6th came and I didnt get a delivery. On June 10th I visited sheds for less again and the said it would be roughly ****** more if I still wanted it. I requested a refund. The gentleman at sheds for less on a Florida ave said they dont take care of that and to contact the owner. I called the number that the gentleman gave me and got the run around. I paid ******* for parts and havent received them. I have asked for a full refund but havent received one. How difficult can it be to issue a refund for items ordered and not received?

      I gave a deposit of $2,568 on a building. The company called me back a few days later saying my loan didnt go through and theyd refund me my deposit. The sales person refuses to give us higher up contact and a run around about excuses on our refund.

      On 12/5/23 we put a deposit down on a shed from Shed4Less in Plant City, FL. THEN we were told we needed to submit an application for financing. We did and were denied financing. Due to this we needed to cancel our order until we could afford to move forward. Since we emailed Scott at Sheds4Less on 12/6/23 that we would need to cancel and be refunded the deposit we have received no communication. I have sent several emails and also called them. No one answers the phone.

      Warning!!! Do not trust Pitbull Steel Structures (also using the name Sheds 4 Less) Was told 4-6 week lead time when ordered. 5 weeks later the subcontract installers called to set install date. At that time I found out that Pitbull Steel Structures (also using the name Sheds 4 Less) did not even start the permit process. They do not respond to emails, texts, or phone calls after they get your deposit. It is now 9-10 weeks from order date with no install date, and no update. All I get when I do get ahold of someone are excuses!

      On 11/05/2020 we wrote Sheds 4 Less a check for $7080.56. This was a deposit for 4 buildings. We were told there was a 60-90 day delay waiting for the metal to be cut and installed. Months went by and still no buildings. Then a delivery/installation team showed up and started to install the first building. But as they started putting down the foundation steel it was clear something was wrong. Sheds 4 Less had written the orders up incorrectly and the building was turned the wrong direction with the garage door going to be on the side of the slab and not facing the driveway. We told them this is wrong. They loaded everything up and went back to Lake City. I called Sheds 4 Less. They said they would get to the bottom of it. Weeks went by. This was during the Covid pandemic and was told that there was a shortage in the metal to make the frames of the buildings. So we tried to be patient. They said they were expecting another load of metal by August so we waited. Covid had everything else crazy so we believed that this could be the case. But after that everything went silent. They wouldn't take our calls. Wouldn't return our messages. Finally in December of 2021 Richard from Auburndale office called me and said he wanted to help us. He said it was a shame how the others had stopped taking our calls and he would help us. But Richard didn't really want to help us. He wanted to rewrite the entire deal and delete 2 of the buildings and make the other 2 buildings smaller and charge me an additional $4000. We talked it over and decided we just wanted a refund. I was told Sheds 4 Less doesn't give refunds but he would talk to the owner Larry W**** and see if he would refund our money since we hadn't received any of our buildings. He said he would call me back. That was January 2022. He still hasn't called back and will not take my calls. I have all the paperwork they wrote up at the Lakeland office when they took my money. I can send that if needed.

      On 6-8-2021 I paid a deposit of $5224.52 to Richard A***** the sales rep., for a shed to be built by the end of 2021. He indicated that he would get the permit from Orange County. The contract is indicating that if the Permit can not be obtained, the deposit will be refunded. Clearly, in retrospect, Richard did not know the limitations of the Orange County. Now, as I started asking for my deposit back, the phones went quiet. No response by e-mail, text, phone, phone messages. All I want is my money back as i have not received anything.

      I bought a 14x40 medal shed . 1-shed was wrong color.Manger said they would paint it.-never did. 2- window in wrong place on building out of 4. 3- took me 8mth to get another one & it was wrong size. So I agreed to take it. It was never put in. Still sitting here. I have 2 windows that leak. And they still not to fix them completely yet. It's ruining my wood. Still no seal on my door at bottom. Shed was missing blocks & Levels under it -12. Took them 6mths to get them out here to fix the leveling / blocks under my shed. I have texted /called cell phones, office left countless voicemails and emails. No body will contact me. Manager's Girlfriend texted /called my phone Harrassing me, cause she didn't like my texts to his phone. And she went by daughters job where she's a manger & tried to drag her in middle of it all. To over wellming , disrespectful & stressful, . Had I not put so much money into this building I would of retired it already. I'm very upset & stressed about all this. I been thinking to get attorney is my next move. I advise Everyone not to buy from the Auburndale location or any Sheds for less Company. Horrible service.
