      On December 9th I ordered a ******* singing bowl 8 inch in the amount of $149.00 (before tax) from a company called 6Lynx. On their website they have a "track your order" tab. When I put in my order number which is ***** it shows me the following: December 9th order processed and packaged ready to ship. December 11th order has shipped at 2:28 a.m.. The only additional detail shows "pending" fulfillment. I have called the phone number listed on their website. Their voicemail says" the voicemail box is full" it doesn't even say the company name in their greeting. I emailed the company email as advertised but it bounced back to me saying unable to deliver. On the Better Business Bureau website there is an address and a phone number listed to contact the company. When I called the number it is a woman's voice saying to leave a message. The company's name is not identified in the greeting. I have no confidence with this company and I would like my money refunded to me.

      On December 31st I ordered a set of 7 ******* singing bowls from 6lynx. I received an email with a order number **************************** no way to contact the company. Every email I send comes back with a message saying it was unable to send. My purchase cost total is $ ******* ******** and I would like a full refund and to cancel my order. Due to the lack of communication and difficulty to reach I am not confident I will receive said items and am extremely disappointed. Cancel order and full refund please!

      On September 21 I paid for a specific crystal **** (Third Eye). I noticed the delivery would be in 2 weeks. At about ten days I started to track the ****. I never received an order number, nor an email thanking me for the purchase. So, I put my email into the tracking info, and it said no shipments or orders found. I have written to customer service many times and called both phone numbers the 917 number does not appear to be associated with 6Lynx and the 305 number is a private residence, I've had contact with the person who lives there. She sent me many text messages of other people complaining to 6 Lynx thinking it was the correct number. The woman said that she wrote to 6 Lynx about the number but has never received a response. In one email I receiver, the customer service agent told me what I ordered because I never received confirmation. So, they know what I ordered, but they never sent it and no longer answer. I have sent 6 Lynx proof of my credit card purchase of September 21, but I still haven't had a response , nor do I have the crystal ****. I have sent my bank statement showing the credit card purchase at least two times. I would like the ****, as I listed jin the desired resolution, Should that not be possible then a refund. Thank you uploaded files: bank statement, email telling me what I ordered is proof they have the order. .

      I ordered a set of crystal ***** for $900. They immediately charged my card and gave several promises of a tracking number, which I have not received. They have some story about my original order being damaged and having to create a new one. I have asked for a refund several times and now they are no longer responding. I'm concerned I've just given almost $1000 to a fake internet company.
