I ordered 100 pairs of leggins from this company whole sale in 2021. I am not a store so these leggins were meant for instructors of my fitness business and to be used over time for promotions for class attendance, for free promotions, and to be at our booths at fitness conferences. This was an investment for publicity. I spent money to put my logo on the pants. Over the past one and a half years I've given about 30 or so pairs and a few people have purchased them at fitness conventions. I too have three because my first pair ripped in the **** seam. I thought I must have washed it wrong, so I got another pair, but it too ripped. I'm on my third pair that also ripped and all of the instructors I gave these pants to have also had ripped pants within one or two washes. I realized this slowly and I reached out to the company to let them know that the 100 pairs were sewn wrong. I bought a trial pair of the same leggings from their own website that has not ripped, so it led me to believe they sent me 100 bad leggings. When I reached out I was told they didn't have wholesale anymore, (even thought it says they do on their website). When I asked through email to be in contact with the person in charge of customer satisfaction with the product they told me they don't have that. They said customer service only helps people find the correct size. Then they told me my case is closed because I hadn't complained soon enough. This was all through email. I even sent a video explaining that I still had around 70 unused pairs and that I am not a store, but I got no response. I wouldn't recommend this company because they do not have a customer service. I tried calling and no one picks up the phone.
