    I purchased skin care products through this company 3 times over the past several years (each order $90-120) In my latest shipment I received a faulty product with an unpleasant smell. I have reached out to the company 3 times through email (I cannot find a phone number) and have had no response.

    We are sincerely sorry for the trouble this customer is going through.
    However, w have not received any communication via email or otherwise from them and we were not aware of the situation.
    Our customers are *********** replacements or refunds as long as we receive communication so we can propperly address the issue.
    Based on the description of this situation, we cannot conclude which item she is referring to and we need that information to proceed with the resolution.
    It is also not clear if the customer is seeking refund or replacement.
    It would be most appreciated if we could get more information to resolve the problem at hand up to the customer's expectations.

    Order #***** for 3 face creams totalled $79.65 shipping label was created but no record that it reached ***** I would like a refund because as of yet there is no record.

    On December 6th, 2023, this order was fulfilled.
    On December 17th, the customer reached out to change their shipping address.
    Because the order was already in transit, we had to call **** and make the shipment return to us.
    After the new address was provided, we proceeded to ship the package again at no cost to the customer.
    This package was delivered to the newly provided address and no other communication has been received from the customer.

    We did everything the customer requested.
    We do not think that there is anything else that requires compensation.
    All the previously explained will be confirmed with the attachments with a timeline that allows comprehension of the situation.

    I ordered two creams, order ***** on July 8, 2023. $81.85. On July *****. They emailed me July 13, 2023. They answered:"Your order is scheduled to be fulfilled before July 30." "The product you ordered is currently unavailable. Our trusted supplier...experienced a shortage...Please bear with us for a few more days; we guarantee your package will be shipped soon." [I have the email]I have been calling, emailing since July 30, 2023. No one answers the phone. I message them. No one answers back. I emailed them, no one answers back. I still have not received my order. It is impossible to reach them by phone. I just want a refund and it appears they are evading my attempts to contact them.     Placed order November 13- reached out to advise I had not received order and questioning where it was- I was told there was a delay in shipping but it had been shipped. Then I reached out again and they stated it was still in transit. Then it showed as delivered but it was not. I was then told they would need to file a claim and get back to me. I paid for this order $185.95 and received nothing and they have now stopped responding and do not answer the phone. I want my money back for the products I never received.
