    Said company, Green Terra Landscape Services, Inc, keeps sending me monthly bills for a lawn service I cancelled nearly 2 months ago. I closed on this house in December of 2022, and the previous home owners did not cancel the lawn service. They showed up and mowed the yard in Jan/Feb time frame and then came around again in March or April of 2023. I told the young guy on the mower that I did not want their service and to stop what they were doing. They were creating huge ruts in my yard from the heavy lawn equipment. In April 2023 I received a bill from this company for $90 dollars. Since they mowed the yard twice I went ahead and paid it. I do have copies of the check that I sent to them and they cashed my check on April 23, 2023. I do not have a contract with this company. Then they sent me a bill for $90 dollars in early May 2023. They have the billing set to auto billing. So I sent them an email for them to stop sending me bills since they don’t provide a lawn service for me. I also left a voice message. I never heard from them by email or by phone call. Then I was sent a ‘reminder’ this week to pay them $90 for this month’s service. So I sent them another email telling them that if they continue sending me bills that I will seek an attorney. I do not want them to send ‘unpaid’ bills to a collections agency. Again, they don’t provide a lawn service to my address and they are not responding to emails or phone calls.

    CHRIS OWNER HAS VERBALLY TOLD ME IF HE HAD TO DRUG TEST OR RUN BACKGROUND CHECKS ON HIS EMPLOYEES HE WOULD HAVE NO EMPLOYEES. THIS CONVERSATION TOOK PLACE FACE TO FACE WHEN CHRIS WAS INSPECTING MY FENCE DAMAGE. ISREAL A NEW EMPLOYEE RAN THE LAWN MOWER INTO MY FENCE WHILE CUTTING MY NEIGHBORS FENCE. ISREAL NEVER KNOCK AT DOOR OR CONTACTED ME OR THE OWNER WHOS GRASS HE WAS CUTTING. CHRIS FOUND POLES USING SILVER SCREWS ON MY BLACK FENCE SCREWED 6 SCREWS IN FENCE TO SUPPORT THEM. LOOKED TERRIBLE HE NEVER CAME BACK TO SECURE VERTICAL POLE. *******************************************. STONE CREEK RESIDENT. STONE CREEK IS PROBABLY LOADED WITH CONTRACTORS WHO ARE FLY BY NIGHT. I HAVE 0 PROBLEMS LEAVING THIS MESSAGE BECAUSE ITS TRUE ! ! ! !

    Our apologies for your fence damage. The crew members are trained to notify either management or home owner in the event of damage. That particular employee was dealt with and no, it was not Isreal. Chris is still planning to return to repair then fence. Right after the incident we were struck with Covid and our crew has been short staffed and we are running behind schedule. I myself came down with it as long as my two small children and I have been limited in the office so I can care for them. We have no intention on not fixing the damage.

    Furthermore, I myself own the company along with Chris. I am in charge of all hiring operations. I do indeed run background checks and drug test when the need arises. We are not a fly by night company. We have been servicing the Stone Creek Community and Stone Creek exclusively for the past seven years. We have a solid reputation.
