    This company is difficult to reach. Doesn’t respond to their contact form. Doesn’t receive or acknowledge payments due to payments going to P.O. Box which can result in late charges even though payment sent early by my online bank. Plan to file a complaint with the PUC. Linda R.

    Rating this company with 1 star is being too kind. Every month it's the same issue with payments being received on time. The payments go to a PO Box! Last time i remember PO Boxes are located directly in the post officer. (Quick Delivery) They should be picked up on a daily basis. I feel that the payments are just sitting there! Each month the same excuse, Mail delay, taking about 3 weeks to receive mail! Why hasn't Sunshine upper management looked into this issue? I mailed out my payment 9 days ago and still have not received. It is due on Jan2nd. The same issue last month. It took 13 days to get a payment to a PO Box in Philadelphia PA. Then guess what a late fee attached! Really! I would make my payment every month online but again, a fee attached to making it! I'm already paying exorbitant rates. Just voicing my frustration for I'm sure this will get no reaction!

    I can say I've never had a problem. When I've called they were always polite and I paid my bill over their web site and never was late. I have been with Sunshine for since they bought it from the original owner and I was with them for a long time to. I had very good service from them!!!!
