My HOA needed an estimate for a new audio system for a multi-purpose room in a common area in our community. The owner of AudioTech, *************************, conducted an on-site review of the room at the end of January. He promised to send me a proposal a few days after the Super Bowl, citing a busy schedule with other football-related events. However, two weeks after the Super Bowl, I had not received a proposal.After contacting *****, he assured me he would send the proposal in the next day or two. Despite several days passing, I had not received anything. Upon contacting him again, ***** blamed his office staff for the delay and requested my email and phone number (which he should have had on file). He promised to send the proposal within a few hours and said he would text me beforehand to alert me to check my email. However, I received neither a text nor an email.I then sent ***** an email expressing my disappointment at not receiving the proposal and asked him to inform me if he was no longer interested in our business. Unfortunately, I received no response.Considering the lack of professionalism and communication from AudioTech, I strongly advise avoiding this company. Their behavior raises doubts about the quality of their work, despite *****'s claim of being in business since 1989.
