      I reached out to ShipYourCarNow to transport a vehicle to my daughter stationed at ***********************, who serves in the military. I paid extra for Saturday delivery on 4/13/2024. However, ShipYourCarNow informed me by phone that the car would be delivered on 4/13/2023, a weekend. Initially quoted $1,050, the price rose to $1,100 due to the specified date. Yet, upon receiving the bill, I was charged $1,129, with an undisclosed $29 fee. ShipYourCarNow assured me they found a company for Saturday delivery, but the car arrived on a Monday. Despite another transport option available for $650 on 4/15/2024, I chose ShipYourCarNow for their Saturday promise. Feeling deceived and exploited, I condemn ShipYourCarNow for misleading practices, especially considering the car's destination with active military personnel defending freedom. They ought to feel ashamed for taking advantage of both me and my daughter. This company operates as nothing more than a deceitful scammer.

      Our team has tried several times to reach out to this individual regarding their reveiw and we have not received any response. 

      We are confused by this individuals review as we primarily dealt with his daughter for the transport of her vehicle and she was very happy with our service and our communication with her about delivery. She understood that her schedule was challenging and we would do our best to arrange delivery around that challenging schedule. She made it a point to thank our team for doing a really good job and she appreciated us assisting her with coordinating the delivery with the Driver and she said it was very easy and that delivery went smoothly with no issues.

      A couple of points about the individuals review. We DO NOT offer a guaranteed delviery date service. Any reputable company in this space would understand that we cannot control delays with traffic, weather, truck issues, schedule delays, etc. that *** face drivers when transporting vehicles. The individual would not have been promised or charged for a Saturday delivery as he is claiming as that service offering does not exist. 

      Here is a recap of this individuals conversation with the agent he spoke with:

      When *********;called me on Mon 4/6 we spoke for a while, he told me they were hoping for a weekend delivery because of *******'s work schedule during weekdays. I did explain that we hire Drivers 3rd party and we ask for a 48 hour window for both pickup and delivery and once I had the completed and signed Agreement returned back to us I will start my search for a Driver for their Transport and that only after I called him, **** with a Driver I had for his Transport and only after he gives the Ok to lock-in and reserve their spot on a specific Drivers Trailer would there be any charge. When I found the Driver I told *********;the ETA for delivery was estimated for Mon 4/15, I did recommend to him that when the Driver arrived at pickup to explain *******'s work schedule and to ask the Driver if at all possible to please try and deliver on Sun 4/14, in fact Saturday delivery was never an option spoken about. I also told *********;that since ******* is finished with work at 2pm the Driver would coordinate with ******* a meeting place in the afternoon and that I would be in touch personally with ******* and their Driver on delivery. I never said delivery will be on Saturday or Sunday 4/13 or 4/14  that was never said. As far as the rate it was always $1129 and that is the amount when *********;completed and signed our Agreement for.

      As far as the issue with pricing. The individual signed off on an order agreement clearly stating $1,129 for the cost of the serivce. Not sure why he was surprised by that being the final cost as her signed and agreed to it prior to service being renderd.

      Ordered a transport from *******************,on 1/8/24, *********************, the representative, explained he had a transport ready for 1/9/24, and would call back with transporters information of time of pick up, I explained that I needed to be back at work, when he called back, ********************* kept telling me he needed another hour than two, to find a transporter. I called and explained did not need there services, now they will not refund the$300 deposit, because the paper work states they have 5 days to align a transport, although ********************* mis represented their service by telling me they had a transporter ready to pick up on 1/9/24. Called today regarding the denial of refund email , they tell me that they never have a truck ready , no one does it is not Uber. This company ******************* mis represent their services to get money from their customer when the have no intention of doing what they say on the phone before they have you fill out the paperwork.

      On September 6, ***************** provided a quotation of $1985 for shipping my mini ****** from ************ to **, ***. The available pickup date he provided was Sep 15, and he guaranteed the delivery time was 7 days.After placing the order with my documents, such as my passport, **** and registration certificate, *** said due to his fault, the quotation he gave me was wrong, it should be $2785. To save time and not to disclose my information to others, I decided to continue this service. However, after paying the extra, the pick-up date was changed to Sep 20(5 days delay than they guaranteed), and the estimated delivery date changed to Sep 26.On Sep 26, I contacted the representative at ************************ who had been assigned the service and told me the delivery date wouldnt be able to earlier than Oct.5 (8 days longer than what they guaranteed). We have no choice but to, pay extra car rental costs of $2600 for the daily commute. In the meantime, *** never actively contacted me to resolve the issue and provided supportive help. I had to make at least 20 international calls from ****** to the States to ask for information and track the vehicle status.The whole experience was a nightmare for me, and their attitude towards clients was unacceptable. I request managers from ***************** to contact me to discuss how to make up for my losses.

SYCN does not pay for rentals and is not responsible for any delays in shipping . Multiple listings for the same vehicle will only hinder our ability to dispatch your vehicle and may result in a cancellation fee. All transportation dates of pickup and delivery are estimated and not guaranteed. ShipYourCarNow, LLC will not be responsible for any charges incurred due to delay of pick up or delivery. This includes but is not limited to airline tickets or rental car fees.       We purchased a vehicle from out of state, and just opened a complaint against *************************** please see details of that complaint. This complaint is in regards to spending $1500 to expedite shipping of a used vehicle that we bought from ** and was being transported to ID. Within ******** of being loaded onto the truck, the driver made a left turn and his transport truck tipped over; wrecking two vehicles on board. ***************** was the transport company that subcontracted this order out to **** 8A Logistics, who has since fallen off the grid when trying to collect from him. **** 8A Logistics was contracted through *****************, and has a parent company, they have to have some responsibility and ability to refund our money.

       *************************** that wrote this complaint is not a customer of ********************** . If she insists that she is our customer or that she paid ********************** money directly to expedite her shipping please have her show proof of that . Our customer that I have a signed contract with is Celebrity Auto / ****** that ******** purchased the vehicle from . Shipyourcarnow customer Celebrity / ****** was refunded the deposit that he gave my company for the transport . *************************** that filed this complaint did not pay Shipyourcarnow any money to expedite the shipping of her vehicle so there is no money to be refunded to her . I copied and pasted the transaction showing  the amount and date of the  refund that I sent Celebrity Auto / ****** . That $408 deposit was the only money that Shipyourcarnow received and it was refunded on 9/13/2021

      As per the terms of our conttact that the customer signed ********************** is not responsible for any damages caused by the tramsport . Shipyourcarnow is a broker We are not the actual transport company ********** *** is the transport company .Ive attached the contact that the customer signed which states our terms and conditions . I advised the customer months ago that he can go through his own insuarnce comapny and they can subrogate to the carriers insuarnce company( attached  the insurance certificate for VIP )  Thats how it normally works when an insuarnce comapny denies claim for any reason

      Our contract that was signed by the customer states the following reagrding being a broker  I hereby agree to the following transport terms provided by ShipYourCarNow, LLC ("SYCN"). I understand that SYCN is a broker that procures an independent and unaffiliated transporter ("Transporter") from within its preferred network to pick up and deliver

       

      Our contract that was signed by the customer regarding damage states the following : I agree that SYCN will not be responsible for any liability caused directly or indirectly by the Transporter. SYCN does agree to assist you, in the event of an incident occurring during the transport, by providing any and all insurance information for the Transporter that is available to SYCN.

      Company was hired to deliver a vehicle from ******* to *******. Vehicle was in perfect mechanical condition when pucked up. I have proof. When vehicle arrived in *******, 6 weeks after promised date, it had stripped lug nuts and broken parts and a bad oil leak. Company says its not responsible, because they don't do the shipping. But they arranged the shipping. Damages have well exceeded the total cost of shipment. We are requesting a refund of the ****. Paid to them and the 900. Paid to the company they hired to ship the vehicle. I am writing on behalf of my son *********************************** who is in the military. We have attempted multiple phone calls with the company, and they deny responsibility and will not call us back or even answer the phone now. I have let them know i would contact you and they said do what you have to do. Apparently they are not concerned.

      The customer contracted with Shipyoucarnow to ship their vehicle from ******* to ******* . That is the only portion of the transpoort that Shipyourcarnow was paid to do . I have attached our contract that was signed by *********************************** that shows we were transporting his car from *********************** ******* to ************************* . I have attached a copy of the bill of lading that shows the vehicle was delived in ************************* in the same condition that it was picked up  . The vehicle was then shipped to ******* by a company called ************************ / Carship *** the contact there is ************************* Phone: ************** ,that is the company that was paid by him to ship his vehicle to ******* where it was received in the conditioon that his complaint is about . The complaint should be  with ****************************/ Carship *** not Shipyourcarnow.

      I am rejecting this response because: when we called, your company made the arrangements for the shipping to *******.  If you subcontracted portions of the job to other companies,  that was not detailed to us. We hired your company to ship the vehicle.  You didn't inform us specifically that you would use other companies to complete the transaction.  When we hired you, you gave us a quote to ship our vehicle to *******.  To me that meant you were the company handling the shipment to *******.  We did not hire the other company to ship the car. YOU hired them.

The boat portion for the shipping of their vehicle to ******* was paid by the customer directly to ************************ / Carship *** the contact there is ************************* Phone: ************** not Shipyourcarnow. Shipyourcarnow and ************************ / Carship *** are two different companies and are not affliated. The contract that SYCN has that was signed by the customer shows this is the portion of the transport that SYCN responsible for.       Dot:10/38/2022 I'm requesting a refund for the deposit made of a service that was never provided and/or done. The company was supposed to deliver the vehicle from VA to NY and a deposit of $190.00 was made from my husband's account and full payment upon receipt of vehicle. The delivery never happened within the 2 weeks of grace ****** I gave them since carrier was "supposed" to pick up the car from the dealership. I called a few times and kept getting different stories that made no sense. My last call trying to get an answer and calling the carrier/ dispatcher.. I was told I could cancel the transaction and will be refunded. After all this people wasting my time, I had no choice but to cancel since they couldn't do their job. I asked for a refund which still hasn't been done because after so many failed attempts of text messages, calls and emails to refund me my money I was told by accounting that they couldn't help me because if I wanted to speak to someone for my refund I could send an email. I told the girl that I've tried everything to try to get my refund and she said that I won't get my money because is up to ***** to request for the refund even though they know that the job was never done! I have texted *****, I was transferred to his line, and emailed him to request my refund without success. I was blatantly told that I won't get my refund and there's nothing I can do! I would just like the money to be refunded back to my husband's account which they have that information and I will forget this company even exists! I've uploaded all supporting documents

      I do apologize for the inconvenience. The customer was refunded the deposit. She was originally told a $190 deposit but the amounts change sometimes due to the amount my company has top pay the driver . The amount of the deposit was $140 which was charged on 11/2/22 .The customer can verify these amounts with the credit card company The refund I did today to the credit card is for $140 .       On 7/26/2022 we called Ship your Car to have my car towed. I broke down 2.5 hours away from home. I was given a quote of ****** and it was dated for that day. My partner, ******************************* was the one who originally spoke to *************************. It was our understanding somebody would pick the car up on that day. While waiting for **** to come to pick me up I had questions about the tow so I called *** myself. I was sitting outside a place of business so I wanted to know what would happen to the car or what I needed to do.I called *** and asked him what time would the driver be at my location. He told me that it wouldn't be today but defiantly tomorrow, before somebody would get to my car just to leave it, unlocked and put the keys under the floormat and it would be ok. I wasn't very comfortable just leaving my car unlocked so far away from home overnight. He assured me someone would get it the next day on the 27th. *** even texted me his cell phone number so I could let him know when we left the car. I still wasn't feeling great about leaving my car unlocked with the key in it and texted *** to MAKE SURE somebody would come the next day to get my car and he texted me back YES he would come to get it. The next day comes and we call asking what time somebody would be getting my car. At that time we were told oh it will be 72 hours before that would happen. My car was 2.5 hours away and sitting in front of a place of business that was aware of what was going on but I had been told the car was getting towed that day. *** then told us it would now be $950.00 to ship the car if we wanted it done that day. I had to ship with them because I was no longer in my car and I wasn't going to let it sit for 72 MORE hours while unlocked with the key in it. This was a bait and switch for sure!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THESE CROOKS TO ANYONE. they told us one thing for a certain price and switched it when they saw that they could get over on us. I want a refund of $385.00.

      2075.00 paid when should have been $2000.00 because company gave wrong information. Had Cashier's check made out to the shipping company instead of the dispatcher and was charged a $60 fee (3%) to use a credit card to take delivery of our car plus a $15 non-refundable fee from the bank to buy the cashier's check. Out $75 due to the company's mistake after being being transferred from department to department while holding up a long line of customers at the bank. Called Joe Hout at least 4 times at the Boca Raton office, as he was the original party dealt with, and he insisted he passed *** message along but couldn't do anything more to get our $75 back.

If only I'd been put in contact with him first, I would not have had to go this route. I appreciate the resolution and am 100% satisfied.
