    I had a charge in ********, ******* for the emergency room with Cliniques de L'Europe. Once back in the **** I submitted the claim to ********** Blue shield, BCBSG *********, the insurance ***** took a long time to process the claim, and it created an interest charge. Global debt solutions acquired this debt from the service provider in *******, Cliniques de L'Europe and proceeded to aggressively charge amounts over three times the debt. After my push back, I got to a point where I directly pay. I had legal counsel to support this, but agencies like this one can exercises predatory practices and should be controlled

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The methods used by this company are coercive, and they charge outrageous amounts for medical bills, prying on customers and aggresively increasing penalties.

    This is a company that is part of the reason why  people can be bankrupt with medical bills, even having insurance, and this activity should be stopped.

    Dear Better Business Bureau and Mr. ******************** we receive the collection matter in our office, the creditor adds collection fees and interest. 

    The charges are from September 2021 and we received this claim in 2022.
