I received an alert today, November X XXXX, from Experian informing me that a new account had been posted for collections in my name. Investigative Services LLC, has posted a fraudulent $770 advance loan from ACE Cash Advance to my account, which I NEVER took out. I have called the number and will be calling again tomorrow. The address listed on my Experian credit file has their office located at 1700 banks rd suite 50 margate fl XXXXX. The phone number is still listed as (XXX) XXX-XXXX. I will also be filing a report with the police department both here and in Florida. I will further be reporting to the DOT, DOL, and DOJ of both states so that they are made aware. I ALSO plan to contact my local news, as the public should be made aware of this scam.

This company put a collections account on my credit report. I have never heard of this company nor have I ever been contacted regarding any debts to this company. I researched this company and see others have the similar complaint. I would like this company investigated and I would like this collections account removed from my credit report.

I was just made aware that this company assigned a collection debt to my credit report, for a debt that does not belong to me. It states it is for a Citibank Divident account, in the amount of $9872. I have never had a Citibank Dividend account and I certainly do not owe any money to Citibank or any collection agency. This is fraudeluent and should not have been assigned to me at all. How this company can assign incorrect debts without any communication or verification is a disgrace. This needs to be rectified immediately and it needs to be removed from my credit report.

This company placed a collection on my credit report for a debt that was included in a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy that was discharged in 2012. This company is aware that attempting to collect a debt that has been discharged through the US Bankruptcy Court is a violation of Federal Law, Section 524 of Title 11 of the US Code. They need to remove this from my credit report immediately or I am prepared to take legal action and collect damages.
