Harassment calls, Ive asked countless times to be on a do not call list the **** on the phone straight up tell you no they will keep harassing you, I had one rep ***** at me and when you hang up they call back. I tried telling them Id contact the police for the harassment but they said they do not care and will keep calling. I know its the same company because theyre calling out of *******. Harassment calls. I have asked numerous times to stop calling and they tell me they will not. I asked to be placed on their do not call list to which they responded. They will not. We are repeatedly called by this vulture, praying on the very life blood of our business. Today was the latest in a string of harassing calls by ****. He called and again I said we are NOT interested in their services. He says, the call dropped so , he callas back again from a second number. We are not now, nor will we ever be interested in streamlining our debt, or restructuring. But they persist. Just listen to me, Just hear me out. Over and Over, they call and torture us over the phone with their endless need to scam us out of our hard earned money. ****, and the rest of the team that is trying to bend us over. I am rejecting this response because: I provided the agencies phone numbers in my original complaint in which we were being contacted. We kept receiving calls from these numbers which belong to " CCS " until we filed this complaint. After expressing to the callers, we filed a complaint to the BBB, the calls immediately ceased. In reviewing other very similar complaints, I truly hope this type of behavior stops.

Corporate Client Services cold called me about a loan I took out from *****************. They were persistent in calling and emailing, claiming that they have a 100% success rating renegotiating loan amounts with Specialty, and they have never gone to court. I took them up on their offer. I ended up paying *** over $16,000 but they did not fulfill their part of the contractual agreement at all. Specialty field a suite, and the state of New York froze all of our bank accounts for nearly two weeks. *** did nothing to resolve this issue, I had to step in and fix their errors. The amount of stress and issues this has caused is astronomical. We almost went completely out of business because we had no cashflow to pay our bills or our employees. They refunded about $8,000 of what they took, the remaining amount was secretly taken in a different account. They claim to provide legal services (which they do not) and also act as a bank (which they are not) and the only reason I cannot sue them into oblivion is because of how they worded their contract. This company should not exist, and frankly I dont know how they are still in business. This is a criminal enterprise that rips people off and refuses to refund their money. The client appears to have a misunderstanding of the situation, despite our multiple efforts to provide **************** the time of enrollment, we verified the account balance, which the client subsequently disputed. Although the client disagreed with the balance provided, we have no control over the accuracy of the information entered during the enrollment process. We always verify for 100% accuracy We made it clear that the account details were incorrect and promptly advised the client of the necessary steps, including potential legal actions.However, the client chose not to follow our advice and opted to withdraw from the process. In accordance with our agreement, *** fully refunded the clients escrow account, providing a 100% reimbursement.

I am rejecting this response because CCS responded with lies."CCS does not present itself as a bank or a legal firm in any capacity". - *** collects payment and distributes it into two accounts, one labeled as reserve and the other one is a hidden account where they transfer half of the reserve funds to cover their fees. There is no transparency as to where the money goes.

I have attached email proof. *** called me months later, after a lawsuit had been filed, and claimed that they only knew about half of the balance. THIS IS A LIE, because again, I have email proof outlining the actual balances and ****** confirming it. The only clarification that *** offered was every phone call ended with ****, our account **** telling me that she will take it to her manager and call back with an update. I had to **** **** down for updates, and by that point our bank accounts were frozen.

You do have control, you just **** at your jobs. Once again, the correct balance was reported in the beginning, there is email proof of this. Stop lying.

I opted out of your stupid program after all my accounts were frozen, which again, you made no effort to fix. I had to fix this issue myself and when I turned to *** for help, he told me that theres nothing he can do. Further proving that your company is a fraudulent company. You took over $16,000 from my account and returned $8,000 of that. Stop lying about giving a full refund, this is all on paper and is easily disputed.

Company keeps contacting me about financing I never applied for and with someone's name is no even associated with my business. I told them if anyone applied for a loan it was fraud. On January 23 of 2024 I signed with Corporate client services in order to get help managing ***'s that I got involved with and needed someones assistance against the ***'s ruthless collection tactics. As I connected with CCS I felt pretty weird because they want you to pay A $3400 fee for service cost for them to even work on your file and if you miss payments theyre just as bad as the *** collectors. I dealt with a really lovely person on my file, but I got situations where I couldnt keep up because my invoices werent getting paid and I was paying money out of my pocket to keep everything going. Today I get a call saying that my account is out of their standard and they want to terminate my account or make an immediate payment today, but you know what it just felt really fishy like sort of scammy, I am not saying it is a scam but the way they treat people not good especially when you get these people from their you missed to many payment side, theyre not really nice. My suggestion would be, not to work with people like this if you can find other people interview them prior to getting involved.Customer Answer

I wanted to express how I felt as the person who called me was not my usual representative and that person was a bit to aggressive for me, as I being a paying client they are being contracted to help. My main connection did get with me today and cleared up the situation and have moved forward. To my representative thank you! You are most kind and compassionate and able to work with some clients who got snarled by issues they didn't see coming. Issues have been resolved.
