  After paying them $930 for over 1.5 years, never missing a payment, one of the creditors sued me. I was shocked since they had said this was something that only happened very rarely. They had convinced me initially to take the "Veritas Legal Plan" for just such a "rare" lawsuit; they said it would act as a safety net and would provide legal service and defense in case of a lawsuit. Once the police officers showed up at our house with the court summons we scanned it right away and confirmed that Palisade Legal Group had received it. We made numerous phone calls, asking if they were doing anything on our behalf and dealing with the court, asking if they needed anything else from us. Every time we called Palisade Legal Group, we were reassured that they were working on our behalf and that there was nothing further required from us. It turns out they did not contact the court or file anything on our behalf, despite paying for the "Veritas Legal Plan" -- the creditor received a default judgment, getting everything they asked for since the case went uncontested. Palisade Legal Group never acted on our behalf or provided ANY legal defense via a third party in the court case. We were completely unrepresented. I now owe more than $3,000 extra on that account (since handed to Palisade Legal Group) and I've been sued. My wages might be garnished, bank account frozen, personal property auctioned off, lien placed on my personal property, credit ruined, etc. Almost 2 years into the agreement now, Palisade ** has only negotiated 2 of 4 accounts. I had to remove this account and negotiate with the creditor's law firm myself since we can't afford a lawyer and Palisade's "negotiations" only required bulk cash payments (that we don't have) that worked out to more than the creditor wanted (because they added their "negotiation" fee for increasing our debt).We want a full refund of all amounts paid for the "Veritas Legal Plan" since it did not provide the coverage we were promised.

  I have received no support in this issue. I have received $0.00 refund of the $1,200 I paid toward the "Veritas Legal Plan" despite it not offering ANY assistance or legal defense when we got sued. I am still waiting for an email response from Palisade Legal Group, it's been a month since my complaint.

  Ivy is fantastic. She calmed me down when I received a letter that said I was being sued. But Palisade was already 100% on top of it. She let me talk and ask a million questions, until I gave her the floor. She went through everything I needed to know, quelling my fears and nervousness.She stayed with me every step of the way, finally bringing me up to date with our next step, which was very simple. A few more minutes and documents, and we were done.IVY acted like a human being, interacting and actually laughing at my jokes and appreciating my compliments of how happy I was that she was making this process so easy for me and allowing me to get a good nights sleep and not having to worry about going to court.That's what Palisade and people like IVY, who represent them are all about. Service and respect. They understand that I'm not coming to them for help because i DON'T need it, it's because i DO.Thank you, IVY, for your professionalism and candor today. It went a hundred miles with me.

  Get the word out that this company lies and does not do what they claim they will do for your debt settlement. I had 99K in loans and debt that I put into this program 3/12 years ago. They told me it will be a 4 year program paying $1276 per month. I have paid for 42 months already at $53,592 then I was told I’m September that if I paid $13,000 I would be completely done and paid off which I did. Now I have paid $66,592. The next month they drafted another payment so I called and complained and they said that was just to help pay it off sooner and lied to me. Now they are telling me that I need to pay a total of an additional 3151 for the next 12 months which is an additional $37,812 which will bring a grand total of paying $104,404 total on a $99,000 original debt negotiation settlement agreement. This company needs to be shut down immediately so no one else can be scammed by them. They claim they will negotiate your settlements down to 50-55% of your original balance. Liars. Don’t trust them and please don’t anyone else give these scammers any business.

  In this modern world, quality customer service is a rare commodity. It is uncommon to feel that the person on the other end of the line actually has any concern for your particular situation. Usually, you feel as if they are reading company scripted responses from a cue card, without any intellectual insight. Well, this was not the case, when I recently called your business. I am writing to give high praise for employee *** *****. Despite my mood being slightly on edge at the beginning of our call, and my penchant for wanting to "cut to the ****** in conversation (giving the impressions of impatience), my call was handled with the upmost professionalism. Ivy was not only patient with me, but she was also extremely knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. Even when i was not sure how to word a question due to my ignorance of the details, she guided me through the call with care and by call's end all my questions were answered and my anxieties relieved. I am in my sixties, and it was nostalgically pleasant to experience some good old fashioned quality customer service.

  Palisades Legal Group is ********* own Credit Repair. This Team stays with You all the way until Graduation Day. Im very pleased and so thankful to feel free from all my debt. I feel a great load has gotten off my shoulders. This experience was tedious from the beginning, but smooth to the ending. What ever is in your Escrow, you get it all back. They dont take a *****.
