      I send off my diabetic medicines to assist diabetes I sent 2 lancet one touch that worth $15/ and one touch ultra blue that worth $30 they cheat me and send me a $2 dollar check now usually they send all my money not this time so I call the number that on the paper they gave us only for it to play music ring and did a answer macine will come on saying that they busy handling other customers. Never no one to pick up the phone to assist you they cheat me and I want people to know because that could have got me something to eat.

      I am a Disabled Veteran rated at 100%. I was informed by the pharmacy at the **** that they are unable to accept medication/ medical products that I no longer use to include Diabetic Test Strips. I saw an advertisment for 'Assist Diabetics' online and decided to send my ACCU CHECK Test Strips to this company for an agreed upon amount. I received a prepaid box from 'Assist Diabetics' and I mailed my test strips to the company. I received a message informing me that my items were received and a check would be mailed to me. I received $5.00 for **** Test Strips. The amount I received is definitely not what I was expecting based upon the documentation I received from 'Assist Diabetics'. I contacted 'Assit Diabetics' on 12.27.2023 at ************. I was finally able to speak to someone at the above-mentioned number after the line disconnected three times (my average wait time was 15 minutes). The first person I spoke with informed me that the test strips I submitted were expired which I completely disagreed with because I checked each box for the expiration date in addition to darkening out my name (the test strips are prescribed). I was informed that I would have to prove the test strips were not expired by sending in photographs. After requesting my test strips be returned to me, I was informed that the test strips had been thrown out due to their policy. The representative was especially disrespectful and unprofessional. I informed the initial representative that the call was being recorded; I was immediately transferred to ******, the Supervisor. ****** informed me that the test strips I sent were from the US Government; I informed her that I was a Disabled Veteran and the test strips were prescribed to me and I was unable to return them - hence, why I was utilizing her company's services. I requested the items be returned to **** was told that a check may be sent to me, but she did not know for how much. I requested 'Assist Diabetics

      On July 17th I told **** that I have 5 Novolog insulin Flexpen boxes to send her for the price of ***** a box that she was paying and with the weather being hot do I need to do anything? She said just send it the way it is. So I sent it out on July 24th and I forgot to tell her like I usually do that I had just mailed it so she could be looking for it. I told her on July 26th that she is supposed to be receiving the package of Novolog insulin on July 27th. She sent me a text and said sorry I don't take insulin anymore. I am a regular customer and she knew that I was sending the insulin to her soon. I had 5 perfect boxes and I feel like she should pay me the 30 dollars a box. That's ****** that she ripped off. So dishonest!

      I sent 8 boxes of Onetouch verio strips 100ct and 4 boxes of lancets. I got a text messaged that they have received my package and check was issued same day. Three weeks has passed no check was sent to **** tried calling their customer service but no one answers the phone.I sent my spare diabetes kit to help other people. Yet this company is a scammer take advantage people like me.

      Thank you for contacting us about your issue.  We appreciate the opportunity you have provided to resolve this for you.  We received your parcel and products on 7/19/2023.  This is the same day we sent you the text message letting you know your check was placed in the mail.  *** post office has had your check for 5 days including today.  Your check was mailed as First Class mail from South *******.  You have two choices, we can cancel the check and reissue a replacement or you can wait a little bit longer for it to arrive.  If you want to replace it please call us ************ 9am-5pm EST

      I sent in diabetic supplies to help people and this company made up an entire story about my box was full of cockroach p*** and other lies just so they didn't have to pay out for my supplies that were brand new in the box they scammed me.

      Your check #****** for $100 was mailed via **** first class mail on 3/18/2023.  This is a payment owed to you we will not be relieved of this liability until you cash the check.  Simply mailing it does not absolve ** of the liability.  The check is coming from **********, ** and will take more than 4 business days to arrive.  If you do not receive it next week please call or email us ************ ******************************************

      Sent 7 boxes of diabetic contour strips to assist diabetic. They sent letter stating they pd. ***** a box. I made sure all boxes were in date and unopened, as they required. I received a check to day for ***** each for 5 boxes and **** for 2 boxes. ALL MY BOXES WERE UNOPENED AND IN DATE. I feel after reading these other complaints, this is not a reputable company.       Thank you for giving us a chance to address your issue.  From what we can gather you were expecting to be paid $21/box.  We have issued a check today that will meet that expectation.  We take full responsibility for not setting your expectations correctly.  The reason you were paid $15 instead of $21 dollars is because there are two products named "Contour" on our price list.  The products you sent in are "Contour Next" and the price list indicates a price of $15.  The older product "Contour" is $21.  We will try to make some changes to our price list to make this clear to everyone in the future.  While this was never our intention to mislead you, we do take ownership of the issue.  The second issue, as to why you were paid $7.50 instead of $15 is because we pay 50% less for products expiring in less than 6 months.  Needless to say we have issued a credit for that too since you were unaware.  Thank you for your support.

      This business told me it would pay me $20 per box of Trusteels. When I sent the first boxes in, they only paid me $10 per box. I messaged them about the mistake and they told me it was an accounting error and sent me the money owed. I sent a second shipment with boxes of Trusteels and they again only sent me $10 per box. When I told them about the mistake again, this time they told my barcodes were different? I don't know what that means. I mentioned that to them, and they said they gave me the money before to make me happy, but they only do $10 per box.I honestly feel cheated. Other companies are sending out $20 for the Trusteels, and they never told me that the boxes were only $10 each. They told me it was $20. They still owe me $30.

      Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve our program.  Your write-up is thorough, detailed and fair.  First off, We have issued a check for the funds you are owed on 1/24/2023.  Please keep an eye out for it.  We have about ****************************** our system.  Two of those products were incorrectly assigned a value of $10 instead of $20.  When our customer service member used the term barcode they were referring to the unique black and white UPC on the side of the box.  We scan the products you send in to our system just like a grocery store scans your products at checkout.  The barcode on the products you sent were assigned the incorrect value.  As of today, we have updated the value on the two incorrect TruSteel products.  Also, we have added the TruSteel Infusion Sets to the price list on our website.  Please accept our sincerest apologies for the headache this has caused you.  We also want to thank you again for helping us improve our system for all the other diabetics that use our service.

      ******, thank you very much for giving us an opportunity to address your issue.  By the time we were able to get in touch with you the issue had already been resolved :)  We received your supplies on time and we mailed your check the same day we received your supplies.  It sounds like your check was mistakenly delivered to your neighbor which seems to have been the cause of the delay.  We are happy that everything has been sorted out.  In the event that the check was actually lost we would have issued a stop payment and sent you a replacement check.  Your transaction with Assist Diabetics doesn't end until you paid and fully satisfied.  We hope that in this case you are 100% satisfied.
