This company sent a empty flat box to my sister house I have never heard of this company. I get annoying calls about do I need Diabetic supplies I have said NO also told them to take me off their calling list but they continue to call I've asked "how did you get my number they hang up. I don't know who makes those calls but I block they call from a different number tis has to stop. Then I got a text last month saying your order was received had some $122 I have checked my banks thank God doesn't seem to have been charged but I have not given NO AUTHORIZATION FOR ANY ORDER I GET MY DIABETIC SUPPLIES FROM MY PHARMACY I WOULD NEVER USE A CROOKED COMPANY BY PHONE. I ASK THE BBB TO PLEASE ASSIST ME WITH THESE CROOKS AND FRAUDERS. SO TERE IS NO ACCOUNT OR TRACKING NUMBERS WITH THESE FOLKS. I JUST WANT THE SOLICITATION TO STOP AND STOP SENDING EMPTY BOXES TO MY FAMILY HOUSES WIT MY NAME I HAVE NEVER GAVE MY FAMILY MEMBERS HOME ADDRESSES! Thank you for giving us an opportunity to resolve your issue. Using the information you provided the BBB (your name, address, email and telephone number) we searched our database and have no record of every contacting or shipping you a free mail kit. You did say we shipped a free mail kit to your sister's house. If you provide us that address we might be able to better assist you. Also, the notifications about $122 charge wouldn't have come from us. We do not collect payments or charge anyone. Date of Transaction: 8/14/2024 On August 14, 2024, via Priority Mailed via **** $145.00, I mailed in new and excellent condition with cushion bubble wrapped Diabetic Medical Supplies along with an accompanying invoice certifying each enclosed medical supply was new with a minimum six month expiration date. Please note that I am meticulous about the medical supplies arriving in excellent condition, having previously worked within the medical field myself for Regional hospitals and National healthcare outcomes based initiatives. I also have done business with this company repeatedly over several months previously. Each time, their company was prompt and accurate with their financial transactions. Instead of mailing within three Business days as advertised and previously transacted, Assist Diabetics failed to mail me my check for $145.00. Instead, I was sent both a copy of their invoice for $145.00 payable, and a partial check for $55.00. Leaving Assist Diabetics owing me $90.00.Since then, I have communicated to them via multiple emails and voicemails yet remain without resolution or compensation. No one from their company has answered the phones, nor replied to any of my emails. I am owed a supplemental refund in the amount of $90.00. I am trusting you to help me resolve this. I am a 57 year old woman living with lifelong Type 1 Diabetes. These were extra medical supplies that I have been clearing out of my home.Business Response

I send off my diabetic medicines to assist diabetes I sent 2 lancet one touch that worth $15/ and one touch ultra blue that worth $30 they cheat me and send me a $2 dollar check now usually they send all my money not this time so I call the number that on the paper they gave us only for it to play music ring and did a answer macine will come on saying that they busy handling other customers. Never no one to pick up the phone to assist you they cheat me and I want people to know because that could have got me something to eat.Business Response
