    On signed a month to month Contract on Jan 14, 2022 I asked to cancel service on 23rd of June 2022 which is in the attached. The reason the service was cancelled was after 6 months they still had not updated our physical address on -- ****** services which was the point in using the company.-Adworks(******) address still did not generate under our ****** search -They promised support to help generate leads using remarketing software which we did not receive any leads in 6 months of using Local presence/ Clutch Marketing services. -I called and cancelled the service on June 23rd which when I hung up the phone was told the service was no longer going to be billed and all services were cancelled. We were continued to be billed and my accounting team did not catch the charges that were billed for the additional months.-When I just called to ask why the services were still being billed, I was informed that my contract did not end until January which I had to pull the original attached contract to show them that I was never on a year contract that it was always a month to month contract. -Spoke with Manager ***** who stated they were not going to credit us back for services we did not use.I am not asking for a full refund, I tried to work with the company however have not had any communication from them since June 23rd, when I thought my services were cancelled.I want to be refunded for monthly cost from July 2022 to current date 02/28/2022.

    I purchased two chargers from Clutch on November 19th from this business. It is not until after they take your money that they tell you there is no option for expedited delivery. That being said, I received this email attached. Since then I have sent multiple emails to request an update including downloading the app route. The customer service said my item would ship in 72 hours but the route app shows it has not and the company has stopped replying to my email requests for an update on the delivery status. This was a birthday gift which has now passed and I want very much to know where my order is. Your help would be greatly appreciated.
