I received the contingency authorization to recover funds owing to the Estate of ******************************* on 5/10/23. On 5/10/23, 6/14/23 and 6/26/23 I mailed and emailed ******* a claim form and documents she needed to complete so I could file her claim, however, she never responded to me.

I needed to know why she was legally entitled to claims funds owing to ********************************* estate since she didn't indicate if there were other heirs. I also checked with the Marion County Clerk of Court to see if there was probate for the Estate. Apparently ****'s estate wasn't probated until almost 2 years after she passed away. **** died without a Will but was married at the time she passed but her husband, *********************************, passed away about a year after her. They both died intestate.

According to the Petition for Administration for ****, ******* was 1 of 6 children of ****'s, which means that it is likely that each child would be a 1/6th beneficiary of half of her estate with the other half going to her surviving spouse, According to the Petition for Administration for *********************************, his 2 children were his beneficiaries, and they would likely be entitled to the other 50% of ****'s estate.

The way I see it, **** would probably have been entitled to 1/6th of half of the refund had she responded to my requests for additional information prior to the claims deadline of 7/1/23. If she had responded to my emails and letters prior to 7/1/23, I could have helped her and the other heirs recover their rightful shares of this refund and several others I had located for ****.

There is a slight chance I may be able to still recover some of these funds for ****'s heirs but I would need the Petitioners of ****'s Estate, ******************************* and ***************************, to contact me directly.

I am attaching the photo of the form that I filled out and emailed to him the picture showing the date of the email was sent May 9, 2023. I am the one that told him about my siblings and he mailed them a form also. I simply dont believe that he would lie I called him and texted him left messages. I spoke to him on 2 different occasions and he said he was busy and would call me back. I am sure that I could get a copy of my phone bill to show the things that I mentioned. He is not the business owner he makes out to be, of course he doesnt mention that he is charging a fee for the service that he says that I didnt mention.
