    I have a court ordered case settlement in with a portion of my settlement goes to ***************** and the remainder gets paid out to me. ***************** has repeatedly missed payments, has poor communication and horrible customer service. Countless calls and messages, countless emails. When you do speak to someone they lie to your face and have absolutely no care for your livelihood. They have not paid my portion of my monthly payments for 3 months now, Im currently missing January, February and march payments. This company should not be allowed to continue ripping customers off. I dont know what effect this complaint will have, I only pray that it reaches *****************.

    Every Month for the last 2 years, this company has been late depositing money into my bank account. According to the contract, that I signed and they are supposed to uphold, the payment is supposed to be deposited by the 13th of each month and yet they are consistently late on payments. At this point I feel like I should just go ahead and file an SEC complaint against SuttonPark Capital to see what they will do.

    I sold my annuity to Seneca One, who sold it to ***************** Capital. They receive $1400 of which I am to get $400 monthly, by direct deposit, until March 2025. For 2024 my payments have been at least a few days late every month and some months skipped altogether. The last payment I received was from September 2024. I have tried to call them numerous times and all but once, on Jan 07, 2025, I am getting a busy signal. On that day in January, there was a message that payments were delayed and the November 2024 payments were being processed, then the call disconnected. I have not received the October payment, let alone November, and now I am also due for December and January. They do not respond to emails or when I contact them through their website. I am now owed $1600.00. I do not have documentation since it burned in a fire.

    Since the first month I had to deal with this business, they have been late on payments. Ive had to call them multiple times and explain that the judgement said on or before the 13th and their response was well the insurance company says the payment has to be deposited by the 13th. However, they cant even be bothered to honor that because they always send out the deposit after the 13th. Ive talked with ******** about this and Ive been told that SuttonPark receives and deposits the payments at the beginning of each month, so I have no idea whats going on with this company. This past November they switched to an automated call AND payment system and I ended up getting Novembers deposit in December and I still have not received Decembers payment. Ive sent emails about missed payments and they are being ignored.

    A few years ago, I sold part of my annuity to a company which intern sold that part of the annuity to ***************** Capital LLC a few years ago. Ever since **************************************** LLC has been responsible for my annuity payments, they have been at least a few days late each payment starting with the April 2020 payment. The latest they have been with payments was 12 days in December 2023. Last month November 2024 my payment has not been received and it's impossible to reach someone to receive an update on what is going and when payments should be expected. I have sent several emails and not one has been responded back to. I have also made several phone calls, no one answers and as of November 26th you can only reach an answer servicing that says payments are being processes and will take up to 72 hours if you use ACH/direct deposit. If you receive a paper check they do not have an *** on when you will get paid. Well I have ACH/direct deposit and still no payment. I just want to receive my payments. As of this complaint it feels like I am not going to receive my payments again from *****************************.

    In 2015 I purchased a secondary market annuity that promised me 148 monthly payments of $695 per month starting in February 2015 and ending in May 2027. The payments were scheduled to be deposited into my checking account by a transfer company. In 2019 **************************************** was given the responsibility to provide those payments. Over the last few years there have a few times when the payments were delayed, but the problem was resolved when I contacted one of ***************** Capital's employees. In November 2024 the payment was not delivered. This time when I contacted ***************** Capital there was no response to either phone calls or e-mail messages. I am asking for ***************** Capital to provide me with the annuity payment that was due in November and to continue to do so through May 2027.

    This fraudulent company is supposed to send me a portion of my payments from a Pacific Life. The payments are never on time and there is no one at the company to reach all you get is voicemail from all their numbers. ************ stated that they sent them the money on November 8, yet I have yet to receive it. Any help regarding my missing payment and a contact number for this company that actually works would be greatly appreciated.

    They are paying me my structured settlement and they are supposed to pay by the 1st of the month I have been calling them and there is a recording that keeps playing and they will not give me my monthly money there are others that they are doing the same thing to saying they are sending it out and it can take 72 hours before we see it but that was last week already

    Often receive my payment late. I have not received my November payment at all. I'm unable to reach anyone at any phone number.
