STAY AWAY! The experience at this office is a never ending nightmare of charges and scams not to mention you will wait hours to be seen without any regard for your health. They must overbook patients every 10 minutes, you will be treated like a number not an individual. I was in this office for 3 hours for a routine physical when finally I begged to finish and leave. They charge extra for blood work at the office (35), drug test you for some reason ( must mention doc violated HIPPA yelling down the hall to the intern what my results where as the doc scrambled from room to room). A while later I recieved a bill for routine blood work that is supposed to be covered by insurance. My follow up to discuss blood work through telehealth also failed as the doctor never showed (they had no problem earlier that day to reach me and pay ahead). Forget trying to contact them, it goes to an automated service, I had to go in person to get my refund and test results a month later since they're too busy to put your information on the patient portal. I wound up paying over 100 dollars because I was sent to collections by LabCorp and the doctor was too busy to address my case and change the billing codes. This caused so much stress I have been dealing with it since November and it's ****** Do yourself a favor and ***** clear!! ******************** is my new doctor and they have been so wonderful the exact opposite of this place, if you're looking and reading this review don't give it a second thought and just go to Glades.
