I placed the order on Nov 30th, 2023. I called the store around noon on Dec 1st, 2023. To let them know that the office will be closing at 2:30. The Store attend that answer the phone said it should be delivered by 2pm. I was not until after 6pm that they tried to delivery when they close at 4:30pm. Today is Monday Dec 4th at 4:55pm and still no delivery. No follow up from the store or edible customer service. I just want to cancel the order at this point and get a refund. I can't send someone a fruit arrangement that has been traveling for the past four days.Initial Complaint

Ive contacted them 3 times now. Once through the online form which rendered an email with case number: ******* saying The store owner or manager will review your comments, and will contact you within 48 hours if needed. I needed a refund so obviously a call was neededbecause an order they claimed was deliver wasnt. The delivery person didnt even bother to make sure the recipient received it, and claimed it was delivered only because he/she left it at the front desk of the hotel. The hotel called back and said it was left at the front and the recipient was no longer staying there. The delivery person shouldve at least made sure of that. I would have preferred the order be deemed undeliverable than to be led to believe it was and now have to go through all this trouble for a refund. *** left messages twice because a live agent never answers. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered on January 30th. On January 30th at 4:51 PM, I was informed the delivery truck broke down and the delivery was rescheduled to January 31st between 10 AM-3 PM. At 5:00 PM, the order was delivered melted and mushy. The order was no longer fresh and clearly was not refrigerated while being on the truck all day. I have called the store multiple times, left messages, and made a complaint on their website. I would like a refund as the order was no longer edible and had to be thrown out .Initial Complaint

Ordered gift online ($122.17 ORDER# W1006566267-2 ) through the store on 5/3/22 to be delivered on 5/6/22. Never delivered. Cannot contact anyone in the store. NUMEROUS similar complaints on Yelp (unfortunately seen after the fact). It seems this business is a scam taking orders and never filling them. Complaints go back for months.Initial Complaint

W1006103354-1, this is the ordering number. Good afternoon,My name is *********************** and I placed an edible arrangement order for my husbands birthday. The account number is listed on the subject line. The store that I chose is **************, ** store on Federal Highway. I called to make a formal complaint because the arrangement was delivered after 7:30 pm. The lady that works at that store is very rude and every time I called to inquire about the delivery she was very short with me and kept saying she didnt know everything was out for delivery. I called for the 4th time around 7 pm and this woman states to me the driver couldnt finish it s not my job to deliver what do you want me to do about it. She delivers the package the fruits are soggy and it s wrapped in a big plastic bag that has to be stapled. I dont have any images as my husband was so upset about the presentation of the package. The next day on 03/18 I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and the same lady answers the phone and refuses to give me her name. She says there is no manager and that I have to speak to her. Again I said I do not wish to speak to you I want your leadership then she gives ************ s number. I called corporate that day and they said they sent my complaint to the store. Then this same lady calls my husband and states to him that I have an attitude and what is his problem with the package? She states to him that he is the only one that s complaining about the package. She told my husband that I was rude and she will not speak with me. She never once apologized to him for being late and that the fruit was soggy and it did not look fresh. This is absurd after I trusted your company to deliver a package to my family for a special occasion and it was ruined. Furthermore the employee at the store was very disrespectful to me. I did not pay close to $100 to be disrespected.
