I was overdue for new hair in July. But my hair wasn't ready, so I didn't even receive any services for July. In August they told me to come in for my new hair only to find out it's not mine, it was made for someone else. You can see the color difference and size difference from the original one I received as a new member and the lighter one I recently got in August. The darker one was made and customized for me. It matches my hair texture, my color, and my head size. The new one "Priority Hair" I ended up having to take off after a few days. That's the one that was someone else's cancelled hair order. This new hairs lace is way wider and bigger. Because it didn't fit right it caused waves and wrinkles through the lace that poked out of the hair, and it was bonded onto long pieces of my real hair and it painfully pulled and left red sores on my scalp. This isn't the first time I had a bad experience, I just want to discontinue altogether but this service is for 6mnths, still paying.Business response

During that recent appointment on August 25, 2021, we were pleased to learn that he expressed his satisfaction to the Client Relationship Manager, ***** ******* We hope Mr. ****'s concerns are now adequately satisfied and look forward to continuing to provide him with hair replacement services.
