    This business is a scam, their information provided is not what the do in the end, they will try to charge you $145.00 after running your insurance but when asked for the amount of their charge upfront they tell you insurance covered it and charged $1.01 on your card. My card got cancelled as I had a fraud charge, then these people come back and say I owe them $145? For what? The ** emailed me questions I responded back, he called in some prescriptions and not even an antibiotic for my Bronchitis? I am still sick? I am not paying these people more money as I have not received any claim from my insurance showing any claim or costs? They are scammers, do not use.

    After the 1.99 trial they will bill you ****** in less then two weeks without your consent. There is no way to even cancel the trial, you can not call and talk to someone because they want you to correspond by email only. I can only hope they got it across to close my account after I emailed them and because I have since canceled my card as to avoid another charge from them. All calls are automated but doesn't give you the option to talk to someone or even cancel your account. And if you email them you never really know what they are doing on the other end. Also forget trying to get them to send your money back because they won't.

    Their telemedicine is a scam! They claim their self pay is $75, but charging my insurance company $1,000 and sending me a bill for $140. When emailing customer service they basically said not their problem call your insurance company! Terrible customer service, do not use this company!

    i was also billed over 500 dollars from ******** and then got a 97$ bill for an appointment that never even happened.this place is disgusting and "dr ********* whos name keeps popping up on my statement is a fraud.Ive literally never been seen by anyone..ever

    This company is a complete scam. I had started a virtual visit with them and it was never completed. They billed my insurance $500 and sent me a bill for $8.75. Im now receiving a bill for $118.75. Its absolutely ridiculous. Im not paying for services that were never rendered. Im also disputing this with my insurance company since I was never prescribed anything and the visit was never completed.

    If I could give less than one star I would. Over $800 worth of charges for a simple med refill and we didn't even speak to you! Insurance paid the agreed amount and you come behind them and charge ungodly amounts of money. I will not stop at a BBB complaint. I will be filing a complaint with the ***** the Florida state board of medical examiners and any one else who will listen. Your practices are the exact reason why consumer protection entities must exist. Sorry but you can not advertise and then bait and switch people like this. I know who to reach out to and I know the deception you've attempted. I highly recommend revising your practices before it's too late for you.
