    Heres my personal experience:***** *******, a **************** Broker and a Customer Support representative (the same person who answers every call) repeatedly assured me that several healthcare providers, including my primary care physician, my childrens pediatric office, a surgeon we needed, and our usual urgent care centers, were all in-network under the policy they were offering.However, when I visited two urgent care centers, both informed me they had never heard of the plan and did not accept it. ************* Agency insisted they were in-network but claimed I needed to self-pay. Similarly, major pharmacies like CVS and ******* could not process my insurance card, leaving me completely stranded.Things got worse when I tried to see a specialist. Despite *** *** claim that the doctor was in-network, the providers billing and administrative teams confirmed this was not true.Additionally, the copay amounts I was promisedfor primary care visits, urgent care, and emergencieswere completely false. I was not informed that Id be required to pay a negotiated claim after receiving services. I was never sent an *** or plan overview outlining benefits. My "Welcome packet" consisted of an Insurance card by ********* make matters worse, *** IA has refused to cancel my policy, return my calls, or refund the premiums I was charged for non-existent coverage. I was told on November 1st that a cancellation was processed and a refund of 2 months of premiums would be refunded in 5-7 business days. When I called on November 15th, I was told the policy was still active and ***** is "out of office". The prior excuse was a "Death in the family". Something every time to avoid owning up to lies.This agency operates dishonestly and preys on customers with false promises. Stay far away!
