    This business lies and frauds clients money. I called about 10 times to try to reach them within the working hours the day before, which is what they say is the cancellation fee. I couldnt reach anyone and left a voicemail. I called the next day and was only able to reach someone at like 9:40 when they advertise to be open at 9. I explained that I was trying to cancel my appt due to illness. The business lied about not getting my calls or voicemail. I have my phone records to show that I called. They also were very rude and told me I would still be charged for cancellation because they supposedly dont have my voicemail and then I was hung up on.

    Elements Massage Boca Raton has been in business for over 15 years at the same location, We don't run a successful business for that long by scamming our clients. Cancelation fees are common practice in the massage industry due to the nature of our appointment system. The customer is lying about calling to cancel her appointment. 

    The customer filed a chargeback and got her money back.

    I am rejecting this response because: I have phone records of the many attempted calls. They are liars and the front desk was very rude over the phone. It's not a business i will ever go back to just wanted other customers to be aware and make due diligence as a customer. it's upto ******************** to figure out what they want to do with a business like that.
