      Criminals, I spent over ***** they kept canceling my aappoints didnt finish my lazer hair removal gets better they go chapter 11 gets better they keep charging my account ... Help please

      I recently found out that Body Details filed for bankruptcy before or on July 29, 2024, and although their staff knew this, they still pursued me to purchase a big package for my daughter on August 7, 2024. They fraudulently told me to purchase the package knowing they wont be in business and now they wont answer or return my calls. They have cancelled two previous appointments without any notice or explanation. My daughter has only gone to 2 appointments and somehow I was charged $5,000!!!!! How can I get my money back from ******* ********** who scammed us through his Body Details.

      I went to Body Details because they had a procedure called PICO Laser that is meant to remove scars and tattoos, On 8/23/2023 I did an online consultation with **** who told me this procedure would reduce my scars to where it would not be noticeable, super excited to hear this I made my payment in full of $3,000, She set me up my first appointment 3 days later on 8/26/23 and a weekly appointment there after in the Aventura Location nearest my home , every week I would complain of burning pains and no results with technician ****** who would comment the same and agreed it was not and she also mention that it was strange to not see any results, also on my appointments the machine would be out of order and I would be told to come back or reschedule making the procedure last longer then the set time. After procedure was over 8 months and seeing no results of my scars, still exactly the same I started to complain. Was told to write an email and I did make the email of dispute and I received an email back with no resolution what so ever, not even taking any responsibility of what was advertised and it not being true, to me at my age 69 and retired this is thief of my money and time. I need help fighting for justice and resolution being I feel frustrated and emotional due to this fraud causing my loss of money. I paid $3,000 for nothing or any results

      In February of 2023, I signed a contract for a lifetime of laser hair removal with Body Details. The total cost was $1,900 for this service to be rendered when needed. In July of 2023, after three treatments, I was contacted by the company to say that my fourth treatment was cancelled. The caller informed me that she had noticed that I had a medical condition that was disclosed on my original application/contract that would prevent any further laser treatments from Body Details. I was then informed that I would have to get clearance from my doctor in order for them to proceed with treatments. Upon contacting my Specialist, they informed me that I would have to get clearance from my primary care physician, and they did not provide this service. After contacting my primary care physician, they requested that Body Details send them documentation that entailed what the treatments would entail. After relaying this message from my primary care physician to Body Details, their response was that they needed it from my specialist and that they would notify my specialist. I have emailed Body Details several times to try to resolve this matter and their last response stated that they were waiting on a response from my specialist. This last response was on August 30, 2023 which has now been two months since I've heard from them. I have requested a cancellation of the contract and a full refund of my $1,900 and they have refused my request. I feel that I've been discriminately targeted since I fully disclosed my medical condition on the original contract and any issues should have been discussed and resolved before accepting my funds. I am desperately seeking to resolve this issue with this company and am hoping to get assistance with complete resolve.
