1 starThis review is for a long distance move for which I hired All mighty relocation. This was my first time hiring a relocation/moving company for a long distance move. I was contacted by one of their sales manager, *****, who did an excellent job of selling their service but little did I know that nothing he was saying were to be trusted. I did not hire them after the first time I spoke to the sales manager. I asked for some time to research other companies asked them to follow up with me a month later which he did. When ***** called me back, he offered me an unbeatable price (which I learned was not the final price on the day of the move), and that's why I hired him. The following are things I was not told at the time of me signing a contract and my only intention of this review is to inform other consumers who may be experiencing their first move, who this company seems to exploit. 1. They are brokers and will outsource the move to another true moving company. They're essentially the middle man. 2. The initial price All mighty relocation quoted and I signed increased the day before the move. Even though I listed out all the furniture before I agreed on the price, the sales person did not include them in the contract. Then, a day before the scheduled move day, someone from quality team called and said they didn't have a lot of items on their list. After they finally included all the items (which I mentioned when I initially spoke to the sales manager), they increased the price by 2K. 3. Before I signed the contract, I asked them for full service which I listed out to be packing, moving, and unpacking in the new house. I had several conversation with ***** about my expectations because I was transparent that I was willing to pay because I wanted them to handle everything. He assured me that I was getting the "white glove service" which in his words included "everything". However, the day before the move, I found out that my contract does not include unpacking.Review fromLorrie P

1 starDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! THEY PRICE ***** AND LOCK YOU INTO CONTRACT. NO STARS, ONLY DECEPTION. We got set up a year ago to use All Mighty Movers to move to ******** from ********. We paid six thousand nine hundred thirty one dollars for the deposit with the expectation the cost would be around twenty four thousand dollars. We had to cancel the move because our sales contract in ******** fell through. We froze the contract to preserve the funds already spent. Now, a year later we have sold again and are moving within the state, fifty five miles away. I recontacted All Mighty in late June to reopen the contract and get a bid to move. We were given a price of twenty one thousand two hundred dollars and a bunch of "excuses" for the cost being SO high. ******, the **** said she was trying to find a cheaper alternative but couldn't find any, so I asked if I could assist by finding a local mover to work with them. She said, No will work with us. I have never seen that happen before At that point it was clear there was no way to work with this company without spending an exorbitant amount of money. At that time, I also read some of their reviews and am fearful that our property might be tampered with or used as a "******" to obtain more money before unloading. I called back on June twenty third and spoke with ***************************, a supervisor, who instructed me to send a refund request. I sent the letter that day and have not received a response. Incidentally I got a bid from Two Men and A Truck to move us for a TOTAL of six thousand dollars. I am continuing to call All Mighty Relocation to obtain a refund of the deposit money, Six Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty One Dollars.Review fromDaniel T

1 starPlease do not use this company. Movers were unprofessional. We had over $3000.00 worth of our personal property turn up missing. After months of not hearing anything back from the company we were contacted by a 3rd party company to file a claim. After providing all documentation we were offered a $65.00 settlement. They are thieves. Please stay away from them.Review fromMarcia S

1 starWARNING---NEVER DEAL WITH ALL MIGHTY RELOCATION, LLC (Boca Raton, FL). They are dishonest and deceitful. I’m thinking they only publish false reviews. My story: I contracted with them to move from Colorado to AZ and also to Texas. This was the end of March 2023. 1. Somehow, it was FrontDoor Moving and Storage who showed up to do the move, AND THE QUOTED AND CONTRACTED COST WAS ELEVATED. 2. My situation was complex on my part b/c of coordinating many situations, including a scheduled memorial service for my late husband. The moving company showed up a day early—the day of the memorial---even though I had communicated with them the conflict. Movers told me they were not aware of this and could have come the following day! 3. I wasn’t told that the truck was going to be completely unloaded in Denver and re-loaded to different trucks before delivering. This is extra handling of which I was not made aware. 4. My delivery was made in a timely manner, but there was a significant amount of damage to many items, and these drivers were extremely rude. Again, the amount charged on delivery was higher than originally contracted, but I couldn’t have my possessions unloaded from their truck until I gave them a certified check for the adjusted amount. 5. When I reported the damage and submitted the claim (and I only reported less than half), I needed no less than 3 pictures of each item, and the weight of each, in order for it to be considered. I had 2 boxes of glass barware, 2 floor lamps, 1 unique table lamp, a burled wooden armchair, and other things that were completely destroyed. They offered me $12! 6. A back and forth with the company resulted in an offer of $150. Still unbelievably unfair, but I did finally accept it in May. It is now the end of June and they haven’t even given this small compensation! AND a notice on anything from them states that if they do not hear back from the customer within 30 days, they consider the matter satisfactorily closed!!Review fromJerry W

1 starThey say their F rating is because they don't pay, it seems... no it is because of the way they operate. This company seems to have an adequate reputation online, to me it seems a hoax. My Dad set up a move cross country with this company, paid an upfront fee, and then was pigeonholed into using a company he would never have chosen. That company did not ensure safe storage and all the things of value I was to inherit were "lost" or severely damaged. I am talking about items he paid an extra fee to have specially wrapped (purchased and handed down over 200 years). Many of the boxes that arrived were filled with garbage to make them appear full. All Mighty refused to even refund the upfront fee, trying to distance themselves from the company THEY REFERRED AS WORKING WITH. The front office people were nice and cordial with my dad until it became apparent there were items stolen, then they said they won't refund the money he paid to get them connected with their mover, which did not secure belongings in storage after pickup until the truck had been stolen with belongings inside. Their tone seemed to shift to "we will talk with your lawyer". OKAY!Review fromAngie W

1 starNegative stars if I could... I paid them and they farmed my move to another company, carefree movers, and the nightmare began. Overcharged, stuff taken to Iowa, left so much behind I had to rent a trailer to tow myself.. then paid hell getting my belongings to me, many things broken or damaged. RUN THE OTHER DIRECTION. Do NOT use these people.Review fromJant W

1 starThey gave us a quote over the phone and told us we had 72 hours to cancel. My husband gave them a deposit and within 24 hours he had emailed them twice saying he wanted to cancel the order. No one responded, so he called and was unable to get anyone to answer his call. We are now out $2300 because they won't release the money back to our credit card even though we sent proof that they didn't stand by their own rules. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. They are thieves and liars. Our credit card company did their best to get our money back, but since they say our proof isn't enough, we are out that money. Janet WReview fromRaquel P

1 starThis was the worst experience Ive ever had. I initially spoke to a man on the phone who was very helpful & even gave me a $700 discount. My estimate was $2700. Once the moving company arrived at my house, the price went up & they charged me for packing supplies when I packed everything myself. When my items were delivered to the final destination, the price went up even more. I ended up paying $5000 (double of what they told me it would cost). I called All Mighty Relocation to get an understanding of the extra charges. The person I spoke to told me they would call me back in 2 days but never did. I called the company again & spoke with the Supervisor who was very disrespectful, did not try to help at all & told me that it was all paid for so there was nothing they could do. Im so disappointed with their service.Review fromSeth T

1 starI do not trust them or the way they do business. I felt strongarmed an rushed into a contract. By the time I realized they were scamming and would jack up the price and lose my belongings: see other reviews, it was too late to cancel (they put 3 days in the very fine print and dont tell you that. 3 days?? For a move estimate months in advance? 3 days after contract signing. Ugh. Always read the fine print.) I lost my deposit and because they put it in the contract, ** having whole heck of a lot of trouble getting it back from my card company. Im very frustrated, very annoyed, and want my money back. Do not, for any reason, use this company.
