  I would recommend this company to anyone with a long distance move. The salesperson was the most knowledgeable person I spoke with through out the moving process. From start to finish everything I was told, came to fruition about the process and the overall satisfaction I would receive from United Moving Management. When I originally began to look for a mover online I was surprised as this was my first move, as to the slew of phone calls that I had opened myself up to just by searching for a mover online. One after another, company after company, for the following three weeks or so, was ringing my phone nonstop day after day. Some were very sedate, others sounded like used car salesman and still others tried to scare the daylights out of me putting down company after company that I mentioned I spoke with. I never knew how unprofessional people in this industry could be with one person even telling me "GOOD LUCK ***,, YOUR THINGS WILL BE STOLEN AND YOU CAN CALL ME WHEN YOU PAY THOUSANDS MORE". At this point I was ready to just throw in the towel every call seemed to be worse than the next. I then received a call from a representative at United named ***** who was not only very soft spoken, but also a very knowledgeable young lady who talked me off the ledge so to speak and also explained to me the cut throat nature of this industry. Long story short, as ***** promised, I not only received an overall good experience from start to finish but each person I spoke with through out the different phases of the move was not only very polite but also very willing to make sure I wasn't alone and was equally accommodated in the answering all of my questions and concerns throughout what seemed to be there busiest time of the year. THANK YOU ***** and United Moving Management for a job well done!!!!!!!

  This company is a scam. They low ball an estimate so a customer chooses them, then they dont arrive when promised and take the $ upfront and more than doubled the cost from the original estimate. My mom is a single elderly person and they took advantage of that. Stay away.

  DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Quoted me for a smaller amount, so went with them for my first move across multiple states. Movers showed up later at night, and said that we only had the smallest space in the truck that we paid for. They kept saying that even though we give an estimate of our inventory, they dont know the specific measurements. With the space they originally quoted us for, we could hardly even fit half of our things. We said we had dressers, beds, tvs, when none of that could fit. Such a SCAM! Just go with a carrier instead of a broker, we needed up paying just as much in the end to be able to fit all of our stuff.

  DO NOT USE.Use of false pretenses during original conversation. Shady business practices. Do not give a deposit We originally reached out for our move and received a reasonable quote. Upon our follow up conversation when we added new items many line items for the original bill change dramatically. Discount rates that decrease as more is added and what appear to be static charges increase as well. We were told on the original call that staircases would not be a concern as long as they were inside of the building. On the second call they attempted to charge for the stairs and quickly back peddled once I brought up what was said on our first call. Upon receiving our assigned movers I did a quick search and detained the movers were new company with out a single positive review. I am currently waiting for a refund of my deposit which they only accept check or transfers as to avoid inveatible charge backs when consumers realize the scam this company truly is.

  IT'S WHERE YOUR WORST MOVING NIGHTMARE COME TRUE. Additional costs at pick up, delayed and sloppy pick up, they left my stuff behind in my old apartment. No delivery timing confirmation provided. They will tell you to coordinate with the driver and ALL phone numbers shared with you are turned off. I have no idea when they will turn up. They profit out of inexperienced foreigners who are unaware of the moving Scams.

  These guys gave me a good quote, but I looked into them and read the reviews here. When they reached out to me about following up I asked them some simple questions about why they were trying to say their dispatch had a truck going my route and I had to provide the deposit now. Which is weird for a broker to say since they don't run their own fleet. I don't think they were scamming, I think they are just rude salesmen. I went with a more reputable company, and don't regret it. When I told them after their fifth call to me, the salesman cussed at me. If they can't hire competent sales staff that can take no for an answer, I can't imagine what the carriers they use would be like.Even just getting an honest quote from them has been disappointing. I'm sure they will reincorporate under a different business name. I'm glad I recognized the red flags.

  I've moved over 5 times in the last ten years for a number of different reasons. The knowledge , and service I received throughout my move were unrivaled. What I was most impressed with were the goals that were set and met by everyone in this company. I'd recommend them for anyone needing to move.

  Fantastic moving company. I used them to get my 76 year old father relocated from ******** down to *******. They made everything so easy for him fair prices and quick turn around. I would use them again!

  The worst moving experience ever they take you $$ and never get back to you how can this company continue to operate ???
